Can't believe the LSU game. Granted it was just Washington, but even without Mathieu and Brockers they don't seem to have skipped a beat. I heard Fowler went out for Alabama with a knee injury. I'm glad LSU settled on one QB. That back and forth stuff they had going on last season got on my nerves. I got tired of seeing the constant shots of Mathieu with his hot lady friend. I kept saying "Yeah we get it. He's a playmaker who made an extremely dumb decision. Get the camera on someone on the field." I'm not sure I'm looking forward to the Alabama Arkansas game next week after the horrid display of blocking in the Arkansas game. Seriously, they let a little-known team look like Sizzle from last year.

EDIT: That Georgia/Mizzou game was pretty good. I like what I saw from Jarvis Jones on D.

Arkansas is god awful
Yeah they're even worse today. Their punter kicked it to the back of the endzone, Alabama got the ball and ran it in for a TD on the first play.

I was about to say "That's beast mode" until I saw who they played. Who is that team? Anyways, in other ACC news I'm getting my tar and feathers ready for when we hopefully toss Edsall out of town. Seriously, that was almost as bad as losing to Duke in football. Everytime I'm walking through the merchandise store down to the book store, I think to myself, "Who in their right mind is going to buy Terp merch after blowing leads and losing to terrible teams?" Watching Alabama trample Arkansas. Lacy's a beast. Once again 'Bama has a solid D

EDIT: Alabama is just a war machine. Just as I typed that they forced a fumble on a kickoff. I love their LG Warmack. Awesome name and a beast in the run game and also a good pass blocker. Wish we could get him, but I doubt it. I think we need to address LB in the next draft. Wow Alabama is amazing. Pure ownage in this game. I feel bad for the Arkansas fans. I'm really liking Alabama's NT #54. Jesse Williams. Reminds me of Ngata from last year when he was slimmer. He's 6'4" 320 and gets a great push. What do they feed these guys in the SEC? All have NFL bodies. Not sure about McCarron though. Smart QB, but not that big
telling you man he's nail in the coffin; absolutely no urgency on that last drive. At least Friegen could produce decent teams acc wise.

Bills? Fitzpatrick may come around this year. The offense sputtered without a run game
Thats a joke right? Spiller had like over 150 yards last week.

I would guess it is since this is the College Football thread.

stefan taylor from stanford is just slicing through the USC D. He is a strong, quick downhill runner who has good vision. I can see him being a solid 3rd-4th round pick for some team who needs a solid #2 back to take some of their leadback's load.

Well USC got upset. Today has been a day of blowouts. Arkansas is in trouble with their QB out and their horrid O-line. Alabama looks like the team to beat, but it's still early. I hope it's not another rematch for the championship. I love both LSU and Alabama, but I'd like to see Alabama and Oregon. Ole Miss has one of the worst Defenses in the SEC. They were talking about how they have Safeties playing at LB positions and LB's on the D-line. Very small. Texas has some great runners. They've been trucking over the Ole Miss LB's. And another Texas TD. Ash just lobs it up to his WR's(usually underthrown), but the Ole Miss DB's can't cover or tackle the Texas WR's.

Well, at least Stephon Diggs looks the part; he's about the only thing on this Maryland team to be happy about.
What's to keep him here after this year, though? Our QB left after last year. Edsal's a plague.

We actually could have really had a chance to win.. Fell behind early on a fumble returned for a TD

Offense never was able to pick up wva blitz very well

Whats up with those UMD unis? Wasn't able to watch the game, but based on the score it looked a lot closer than I thought it would be. I thought WV was going to drop 40+ plus on us.

i can't believe that my Virginia Tech Hokies dropped to Pittsburgh last week. smh! however, they bounced back with a 37-0 victory today over Bowling Green. lol! we're 3-1. let's keep it going fellas cause Clemson and FSU are ballin' out!

I think the Cowboys need to talk to Ohio State about how to convert 2 point conversions. Ohio State scored a TD with three seconds left in their game against Purdue making it 22 to 20. Ohio State then converted the 2 point conversion sending it to Overtime.

Unbelievable game.

Can't wait for games tonight. I got Oregon and Bama winning.

Floyd mayweather put down 1,100,000 on Oregon to win a million.

Well it looks like another repeat of last year's Bama/LSU matchup. So far, LSU has outplayed Bama. I honestly can't stand LSU. Their players(mainly their FB Copeland) are dirty trash talkers. And I just don't think Les Miles is a good coach. And again Les Miles with a bad play call. He had a chance to put em up by 6 with a field goal and instead went for it on 4th and 1 and they got stuffed by Bama. I hope Bama can come back and pull off a win. I've seen the refs constantly talking to LSU players on the sidelines after plays because they run their mouths. And it's a shame because Copeland's play reminds me a lot of Leach's, but I don't want some guy who runs his mouth off. Pollard does that enough.
