The two of them had a disagreement over the snap count and there was a delay of game. McCarron got in Jones's face and Jones shoved him. But they worked it out.

And Coconut, I agree about Nix. Even while Jones was blocking him once, he stuck his paw out and turned Yeldon around and Yeldon only got about 2 or 3. But I can only judge from this game. I never saw much of Notre Dame's games in the regular season, but I did like Teo when i did see em. There's still the Senior Bowl and the Combine for guys like Teo to make up for poor performances. We have so many needs though. Good end to the College Football season. I look at the Senior Bowl as more of a Pro Bowl for players to show off their capabilities for the NFL scouts.

Te'o played awful.. Just awful, but how many people bailed on Burfict last year due to a poor season? Mike Mayock said that regardless of off the field issues he didn't think Burfict was worthy of anything before a mid round pick at best and he was proven very wrong (heard that during the Bengals game the other night). He had a terrible game but the guy will be an impact player at the next level. If we can get him at our pick.. With Ray hanging it up and Reed getting older with no true future emotional leader.. We would be crazy to pass on Te'o.

That was the marquee matchup! Miliner really helped AL to shut down ND's passing game. Without Golson's favorite receiver, they crumbled.

I curious what hate Te'o would face on the threads now. I've seen people Begging for him this year but last year there were countless threads trashing Te'o and Burfict.

I've never said Te'o was a Ray Lewis but more of an Urlacher coming out of college. In the national title game he missed about 4 tackles but Eddy Lacy & Yeldon have made a living breaking tackles this season when they aren't running through large holes created by the O-Line.

ND overachieved all season long by winning close games, there was no way their weak offseason was going to score on Alabama, I thought ND defense would keep it closer though.

After day of thinking about it, I still would go for Te'o. Look at how everyone said Burfict would be a terrible player because of his off the field issues and he turned out to be a great player for the Bengals. The only thing I would want is if Te'o slipped to the bottom of round 2 which won't happen since I expect him to improve his stock at the combine and pro day so we may want to take him in the first.
