Like when he went 3-for-3 for 45-yards and a TD in a two-minute drill. Unlike Taylor who just threw a 1-yard pass and let the running back do all the work.[/i][/font]

Like I said, I would have liked Painter to get some time versus their starters. It's hard to judge when he's facing second and sometimes third string all the time. What was Taylor's excuse in that second pre-season game when he couldn't get anything done versus second string for over two quarters of play? If we have to use him for any length of time as the starting QB it will not be pretty. Especially with the teams we face this season.
