So I forgot to do our draft last night in the league I'm in and my draft was so so. My biggest problem is Vick is my starter QB and Palmer (ugh) is his back up. Someone offered to trade me Flacco for Chris Johnson. I'm gonna post what the rest of my team looks like and tell me if you would take the trade. We all know Vick won't stay healthy and i believe Flacco will have a break out year.

pass keep Vick and for when Vick is injured play the waiver wire. If Russell Wilson is there pick him up tho. Whatever you do, Do NOT do this trade

Id ask for a RB/TE as well in return. I Don't know his roster but maybe a flex. CJ is a top 10 player. Flacco may be a top 10 QB but he wont crack top 5 at the position.

What in the world. I would laugh at his trade offer. First, RB is a premium position and CJ is a workhorse. Second Vick is still a better option by far than Joe in fantasy. Palmer will make for a decent backup.

So why you would trade a top 10 RB at a premium position for Flacco when you already have a better option in Vick (who has Palmer to back him up) is beyond me. If he's talking like Brees for CJ that's a different story. Otherwise he's sapping you because your a Ravens fan.

I'd stick to the way your team is right now. Its solid.

Why would you even consider trading a 1st-2nd round pick for a 8th-9th pick?
You have a stud RB corp, and a WR corp that is on the verge of being elite, your QB doesn't have to be flashy like Brady or Brees, drop Palmer and pick up a Jake Locker (explosive receiver's), Blaine Gabbert (MJD isn't there, and a surge of WR talent may be what Jxville's offense needs seeing as they WILL be playing from behind a lot). Or do a 2fer trade with Vick.

It its a qb league I would do it. Or if you start 2 qbs as wells.

I don't trust Vick or CJ. Last year I traded them for Rodgers and Mathews (steal)

McCoy is #1 in my eyes, you got Charles who shouldn't be that far from CJ. I would do it, I really believe in Joes fantasy value alot this year. Vick and CJ are boom or busts, Joe should be solid

I've declined the trade, so I guess my biggest decision is whether or not to trade palmer for possibly a sleeper QB in Dalton, Wilson, or Fitzpatrick. I think I might just stick with Palmer though.

Thinking about possibly switching my kicker out for Tucker as well.

Palmer will do as much harm as he will good. He hasn't been OK since he left Cincy. I dont know anyone who would want to trade an upside QB for an aging Palmer in a lackluster passing offense. DHB and Denarius Moore have a ton of potential, but their O-line is really set up for run blocking.

Gabbert has a ton of upside. Not only will the passing game be their primary offense as MJD isn't in camp, they added Laurent Robinson and Blackmon who mind you has done a stellar job in the preseason.
Just IMO.
