Baltimore Ravens Logo Question

I'm attending high school, and I wonder if we can use Baltimore Ravens logo and Ray Lewis picture as part of the motivation for our school. I wonder is there any legal issues for that? Is it okay to use these pictures? Please let me know as soon as possible.
