That's sad. I never really go online to play Madden ( I get too frustrated with the other users when I have in the past). But my favorite thing to do with Madden is start a franchise and do a fantasy draft.

I might actually like the draft more than the playing. I don't even play out the franchise past the first year, instead I re-opt to do another draft.

I'm going to miss it. Guess I'll just play the Ravens.

If it's not back in the next years game then I'll be done with Madden. Franchise was the only thing EA had going for them imo regarding Madden.

I loved building up franchises,scouting, FA, and then drafting. I would sim through the season and play in the playoffs. I spent like 3x more time in the offseason then I did anything else.

Connected careers coach is franchise, player is superstar. There changed a bit but it's the same

Exactly. Playing as a Coach, you can do everything just like in Franchise Mode, of course minus everything they took out that is known. Playing as a Player, is Superstar mode. They just combined them into one big mode.

Franchise and CCM Coach are not the same thing. You don't play as a "coach" in Franchise, you're a GM. You hire and fire you're coaching staff, you can relocate, and the like. CCM Coach is similar, but it is not Franchise.

That's actually quite upsetting. I think the most satisfying moment in Madden past was getting to fire Cam Cameron.

Does anyone else get shivers watching that Lewis intro. No matter what you do or see if your life, if you had 10 mins in the room chatting with that guy, I think I can safely say it would be the greatest 10 mins of your life.
