free agents on IR

I am mainly asking because of Steve "Shakespere " Baggs.
He seems like a Raven. I like his story and attitude. Plus a cool nickname.

They put him on IR. I get that he can not play this season. Got that.
So that makes him a Raven as in he is signed to the team?
I will assume at some percantage of league minimum ?
Any chance another team could sign him or he could go back to the CFL ?
if he is on IR is he still able to learn the playbook, go to team meetings and work out at the Under Armor Castle ?

he is a raven but he cant play this season so like mcadoo(havent heard of him in 4ever) he will be doing whatever but is on the roster but wont count on the 53 man roster its also away to cheat the system

Agreed with this. Baggs and Blackstock probably get injury settlements and end up released.

40 times mean next to nothing when you're talking about linebackers and defensive ends. I'd rather see his shuttle, bench press, and vertical jump.

Yeah I still think 40 times are not true sometimes.
