ESPN Keeper league

Hi all,

I have created an ESPN keeper league to have a different type of league apart from the usual forum league. If anyone is interested in joining I have some spots left to fill.

Info:
12 team league,
2 keepers for next year
QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, TE, Flex, DST, K, DL, LB, DB
Scoring is pretty standard with some minor changes ex. QB TD is 6pts
Early playoffs to get as many teams as possible to have a shot at the win (start week 12)
*settings can always change if people are not a fan

pm me i'll be down but can it please be an auction dynasty style draft.

I'll explain

Normal auction draft year 1 with a cap and you form a team.

Year 2 you have to pay more to players you want to keep (let' say double every 2 years) otherwise they hit FA in the upcoming draft.

So year 1 if you pay 50 for Foster, youd have to pay 100 year 3 which given the cap may not be feasible.

If you dont want to do this, Id settle for normal keeper but id at least like an auction draft (got screwed last 3 drafts in a row with second to last pick in snake)

I made the league with a couple of friends who have never played fantasy football but watch so I would prefer to keep the league as simple as possible so I dont want to create an auction style league to think through. If you still are interested in a snake I am sure after three times you will get a better pick

not with my luck lol but i will play. If you can make 14 teams tho and promise an active league itd be even better tho

If we have enough interested people I will do a 14 person league - for now I will keep it at 12, once I have 12 and if there are more interested I will bump it up....It seems like everyone so far will be decently active, fingers crossed though, it is a keeper league so I hope that helps with it.

I have two more buddies joining so it will be a 14 person league. Dont worry they are not all signed up yet, they all will soon. I will be switching up the divisions latter to make it more even as there are a couple who have never played fantasy football.

lol i actually only have the leagues on here and a family league that we do for fun each year.

correct! I may have to change up the divisions yet again as for some reason having two divisions with seven people leaves two people with byes every week. so one division may have 8, while the other 6 or some other combo...

I wanted to try something different it makes it like NCAA Basketball and allows for dark horse victors. Plus there are several first timers to fantasy football so i want them to feel they have a shot and have a grace period for getting to understand/know how to play

I understand ur reasoning but then it makes the regular season useless.. Teams could try and just stack to favor late year schedules.

I would cut it down to 10 at least but I'll roll with whatever

14 team playoffs is fine, but it basically means there is no point in the regular season. Home field advantage for the higher ranked teams would be better. Mulligan year basically, Id just stack a team for the future.

There is no depth at the position this year so I seriously doubt it. I got Forte and Lynch, and even then to have any depth at all I have to hope Ryan Williams becomes the starter in Arizona.

Who had the best draft? I haven't taken the time to look at the competition yet, and my lack of knowledge on IDP would probably make my assessment slightly inaccurate.

I tempted to sit out this league, but i wish i could see the rosters and the draft results. Sizzle always ragging on me for some BS and i'm going to make him eat crow once Colston and J.Charles go on IR and Hillis has a legendary season...

Good luck when you face each other dizzle.. Put in ALL your RB's against him, scrubs or not and for some reason they will blow up that day and go APE[[i]crap[/i]] on him! 30 points each LOL!!
