I'm sure this has been posted. But here it is again. Great video!

Hahahaha. I FF'd to the end just to see if he says anything.....

"Pick Me" and walks off camera. Great job, young man.

I am not going to gloat. Billy won us a lot of games and I wish him good luck in his future. Justin earned his spot by outperforming a seasoned veteran and showing alot of heart on the way. Loved seeing him actually tackling a punt returner, which sealed my support for him in the end.

I think this is best for everyone. Tucker gets his job and the ravens get a good kicker. Billy will get a fresh start somewhere else. The fans in Baltimore would never forgive him and I think it's best he leaves.

Just remember to temper your enthusiasm for this news by keeping in mind that a fine young man with a family has just lost his job. Yes, we want the best for our team, but these are human beings, not robots.

Thank you.

totally agree with; however, we are just fans who just root for something we love, and we get nothing out of it but a smile on our face when our team win. We want the best guys on the field and Tucker beat Cundiff fair and square for it.

It also applies in real life; when your boss feels you are dispensible, you know your time will come soon. Especially, when you make millions of dollars, it is even more competitive to keep the high rewarding job.

I'm just glad Tucker wins the job cuz he is the future kicker of this team. We can't afford any miss FG in crucial time....

TUCKER, lets gO!!!!

Saved some cap space and got younger. Tucker should of been drafted honestly. Seems very athletic and has a nice boot.

Good luck to you Cundiff, shame some fans (and I use that term loosely) will remember you for a botched kick and the scape goat of a game we lost as a team instead of setting a record in your pro bowl season with most kick backs. You obviously never got over that groin injury. You were a man after that game and confronted yourselves critics for your team and to show your children how to face problems and admit when you made a mistake. So much class.

And I know people are going to say "Good Riddance!" and "he sucked, glad he is gone" but do realize that he at least spoke to the media and admitted his mistake, where was Rice or Evans? Why didn't Harbaugh get enough crap for not calling that timeout?

That's all in the past, I just hate getting on a guy for doing the right thing after making a mistake. And if Ray Lewis aint blaming it on one guy, I cant either.

Quoted for truth.

I am on the mobile app. can someone give this post a green positive for me.

I agree that Billy is a fine young family man. But cmon' man! It's not like he's destitute and hasn't made millions. And I feel it's the best thing for him as well, he needs another "new start".

I feel bad because he is a good guy, but I feel great that I won't have to watch him kick another FG in a Ravens uniform. That would just bring back the pain over and over and over...............

I didn't realize that Billy was 13 for 23 on the road last year.

I hate seeing people lose their jobs too, but we're talking about millionaires here... Who will get another chance to earn even more money if they can do their job better 32 other players.

In Billys defense I blame Lee Evans. Evans catches we win. Cundiff makes we don't know what happens. Not for nothing I think the calf injury hurt him down the line... that and missing kicks under 35 yards in practice. PEACE SUCKA!

Yes that stat alone should have gotten him fired after the New England game.

I really like this decision. They give Cundiff a chance to try out for another team (hopefully in Canada, eh?) and give Tucker the chance to gain more game experience in the last preseason game. The stadium erupted in cheers for Tucker on Thursday night. Surely, the fans are behind him 100%.

True that.

But you still have to make a 32 yarder to give your Team a chance at the SB. 32 yards!

Too bad the Steelers don't have a need for a Kicker. Would be awesome to see Cundiff miss chip shots for them!
