I am happy for Cundiff. I think it's a very good situation on multiple accounts. Billy used to kick in that division so he does know it at least somewhat. He has experience in the conditions of those respective stadiums. He also gets to hopefully not move and stay in the area. I also happen to believe the Redskins will be a good team in a few years despite their history.

It's actually really nice that he won't have to move his family and his kids won't have to change schools and lose all their friends that whole thing. Moving around a lot like that as a kid can be tough. Actually I don't even know how old they are, so they might even be too young or old for that to matter anyway

I had that same thought.
He is really is not making enough to live one place and work another as some players are able to do.

Good for him, I am glad things worked out as well as they did.

I have a few friends who are Redskins fans and they are happier than pigs in slop.

What does 53/59 from the 50 yard line mean? He was 68% (31/45) from 40-49 yards and 29% (5/17) from 50+ yards in his career ([url="http://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/C/cundibil01.htm"]http://www.pro-footb.../cundibil01.htm[/url]). And touchbacks were moved from the 30 to the 35 yard line last year, so his touchback ability became moot. It's far beyond one kick.

His kicking last night with the Redskins is a good representation of his career/ability, 75%. Good on the 3 kicks from less than 40 yards, and missed on the one 46 yard attempt. Tucker is more accurate and has more range.

We made the wrong decision. That's an easy kick. Tucker made it in practice, he should make it in a game. Tucker sucks. Why did we go with a rookie kicker? Ozzie and Harbs should be fired. I as fan don't want to put my hopes on a rookie kicker.. I for 1 would rather take a washed up living legend of a kicker like a Janakowski or a David Akers rather then a rookie... This kicker could make or break our season do we really want to take that chance...
