This was pretty impressive show the guys put on out there today - even if these Jags are a pretty weak team.

IMHO, Pierce seems about a lock at the #2 RB spot, Rainey seems to be #3, Allen might be out?

Just like Cundiff, I presume. I'm sorry about Billy big time - but let's be honest, Tucker took his chance - also big time.

Heck, even Painter seems like a legit QB, doesn't he? He was good last week, he's good now. Against practice squad D's mostly, for sure - but still. Those throws are good.

BTW, it was good to see Taylor throw more than he did last week - and to see them getting caught. That INT wasn't too nice, but hey.

If these pre-season games are anything to judge by, seems like our D isn't gonna be like true Ravens D's are - our run defense wasn't pretty... but, in return, we seem to have an improving O.

A deal I'll take any day.

I am so psyched. All those reports about Joe taking command and looking sharp turn out to be true. That's top 10 D right there and out 1st offense still dominated. Our receivers corps looks deep and so does our RB corps. I even like our addition of Bajema. I forsee a huge up-swing for our offense this season.

I have still alot of mixed feelings about our defense though. We have to get better at stoping punt returns. It starts to get embarrassing.

OK ... agreed, but seriously, does this offense need gadget plays with the amount of talent we have?! I seriously doubt it. We're not the Miami Dolphins. Plus we already have a RB that can throw TDs (Ray Rice)

Most likely he'll be putting out tape for other teams looking for a backup better than what they have. As much as I agree that Painter has played well, I think the coaches are comfortable with Tyrod.

What's impressive is that Painter has outplayed Taylor even considering he just joined the team and and has no chemistry with anybody. This is Taylor's second year, and he did nothing from last year to this year to earn a job. It was handed to him.
