I love John Harbaugh as a coach. He is so calm during interviews and press conferences. But when it's game time he is all fired up and he is definitely telling the refs when they are wrong!

Tackle - I don't know. He took a great angle and pushed the returndude out of bounds by simple positioning. But yes - he is giving everything to secure his spot on the roster. I like him.
