Al Davis, mike ditka, Walter Peyton, Reggie Lewis. This is the type of subject matter on the show. Not third year players. That's my point.

Oh alright,I gotcha. They just want the ratings they don't care.

My god, Sanchez and Tebow both suck. Jets are missing the playoffs no doubt about it.
At least 3rd in the division. Bills got a shot. They gotta do it.

After Rex went up there and started shooting his mouth off, I really wanted them to do poorly. Ever since we owned them last year and their subsequent transformation into NFL's three ring circus, I really just feel pity for them. Hopefully, they can find enough to pull out a win or two against New England and/or Pittsburgh this year. With zero touchdowns in 3 preseason games, I won't hold my breath for that.

Meh
Used to root against them but now it's like the browns.
They're so bad there's no reason to care

But that's in the football life commercial.

Sure he is 8-6 as a starter but all he does is win...

McElroy got their only touchdown of the preseason. I have a feeling he will wind up the starter, either halfway through this season or next season. It depends on what the band of zealots that follows Tebow around do.

In all honesty McEllroy is the best QB on the team.

Agreed. Maybe instead of taking bets on when Tebow will become the starter, we should take bets on when McElroy will become the starter. Also I think it's further proof that McElroy is the better QB as he was the one to give the Jets their first Touchdown in the pre-season, not Sanchez or Tebow.

I am sticking to what I said in 2011 when he was drafted, I felt he was the next Tom Brady in terms of being a late round QB and having a successful NFL Career. Funny thing is I started a Franchise with the Jets in Madden 12 and I traded Sanchez in order to make McElroy my starter and true Franchise QB of the Jets.

Ronnie Brown in the Miami Wildcat was a better QB than Tebow. That's not an achievement. I think Anquan Boldin can throw better than Tebow.

The same problems the Ravens had in 2007, to many high egos and a coach who has no idea how to be disciplined, and Im enjoying every minute of it

Yep. I predict the Jets clean house at the end of the season and dump everyone.

He's better than Sanchez as well. I'd put my entire bank account on it. Sanchez did nothing this preseason. They played the blame game to make excuses for his horrendous play. He is just a bad QB and the Jets are going to stay in denial about that until the they finish 4-12 this year.

No excuses for McEllroy scoring a touchdown from the Jets? Guess they weren't playing Greg as hard because he was the third QB? Yeah that'll be their excuse

Move to LA and get it over with. There are 3 NY NFL teams.

The respected and successful one
The one rebuilding
The crappy and laughable one

Yeah

LOL he went on to say that he was impressed with Hill but, wow, why give the media that? He's a professional head coach but he still hasn't learned that anything and everything he said will be blown up to the n-th degree... or maybe he just doesn't care - even though he said he did.

Sometimes I hate the Jets more than the Steelers. I at least respect the Steelers as I loath them, but I have no respect for the big mouths of the Jets. The Jets and their attitudes have worn me thin.
I will still chear for NYJ when they play the Squeelers, first because a Pittsburgh loss benefits us and second because I simply cannot bring myself to say otherwise.

I saw this on NFL Follies one time: J-E-T-S! JETS! JETS! JETS!
A comedian says a Jets fan asked him to use the word Jets in a sentence.
So he says: "OK, the Jets haven't won a Super Bowl in 40 years... That's how you shut up Fireman Ed."

Nothing good can possibly come from this season. The Jets are like Walter White, a ticking time bomb and unlike Mike I do hope I'm around to see what happens. If this season goes like I think the house is cleaned and the Jets are frontrunners in the Barkley sweepstakes. In defense of Rex the talent has gotten worse each year he's been there and Tannenbaum is doing a terrible job.

On the note of Mr. Rex Ryan, he won't say they'll win a Super Bowl this year, but he will say that this is the best Jets team he's ever had.

So it's obvious what was holding back the Jets from reaching the Super Bowl those first two years: Those Pesky Touchdowns
