Refs Starting To Allow Headhunting On Flacco

I seen ALOT of holding agianst us today, and also LOTS of PI.. which is BS because the browns get called for it one time!!! But on pretty much EVERY play you seen it!!! These officals DID NOT want us to win this game.. I've NEVER known the ravens 2 be a come from behind team.. but once agian i've been proven wrong in a browns game!!

I'm sure the Browns have things they are griping about as well when it comes to refs. All teams do. It's what fans do. Refs don't catch everything, you can't look at it with Ravens Goggles.

I think overall this officiating crew looked confused and disorganized at times today, but I didn't see any blatantly anti Ravens call like we have seen in past games like the Patriots game last year, and the Lions game a couple of years ago (when we broke the NFL record for penalties in a game). I think they called a pretty decent game today and after all we got the victory, so I for one AIN'T COMPLAINING!!!

this was one of the worst games i've seen from the refs. A clear hold on Zibbs when we would have been the guy to make the tackle. A terrible call on the Edwards TD, Walker had the ball the whole way, Edwards only had one hand on it. There RB is tackled at the 1 yard line and slides into the endzone and they call it a touchdown. Then on the play that Rodgers came free, the ball wasn't even snapped yet, u have to make a call on that play. Flase start or Offsides, but make a call. Joe could have been seriously hurt on that play.

Im glad im not going crazy.. & that somebody else seen the holds and pass interferences. I was watching the game with 6 people and everyone called that play..

I agree. I noticed many holding plays by the Browns throughout the game that never got called. I think Harbs should file a complaint against the refs that call unfair plays on the Ravens and ignore penalties committed by our opponents. These bad calls seem to happen regularly IMO. Am I wrong?

Yep, not to mention that Ref that thinks if you can knock over the goal line pylon instead of breaking the line, you get the TD. Never mind that his knee was down!

And then Rice dives for his and they dont give it to him. I would have challenged that if I was Harbaugh, since the refs couldnt agree on the call in the first place.

I didn't see the hit to Flacco's helmet, yet it doesn't surprise me that it wasn't called. I am not sure I believe in a bias towards our team- anytime a bad call is made a lot of teams feel that way, but it kind of sucks that Suggs got called on that one against the Titans which wasn't even a helmet hit and Flacco gets struck on the same 5 and 15 rule and it doesnt' matter.

I saw the hit your are talking about total BS, also I remember an helmet to helmet collision near the sidelines on Todd Heap in another game RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE REF! To tell you the truth it seems

obvious to us watching the game but I think that it is much harder to call those plays, one because you forget about them from time to time and also the angle the ref is looking at the play, dont forget we are

looking at it with the fancy flying camera lol. All I know is that Flacco brought us back for that helmet to helmet shot

I remember ppl talking about how refs are bias towards the Ravens because we are known for playing hard and dishing out huge hits on the other team so the refs look out for it more when we are playing,

but there is no excuse for that call at the Titans game, I may never get over that!

face masks should be called and there is no excuse for missing them but I can get the missing of the calls on the holding, it is hard to see with all the things that are going on at the line of scrimmage.

Penalties like the one in the Titans game are horrible. I know we still let them drive down and score, but if that BS penalty didn't get called, the Titans would have had to punt from deep in their territory with us in the lead with about 5 minutes left in the game. I think we lost the Steelers game fair and square, but we def. should have won the Titans game.

Guess what? If you watch another game you will see the same stuff. The ref's are not going to see every foul, it will never happen. If replay was involved the games would take 6 hours to play.
