Week 9: Baltimore Ravens At Cleveland Browns
That was a damn good kick. The Browns have done little against us so far, in terms of offense. Now they have to go 95 yards.
That's why I wasn't so down about that touchdown. Sure they got back a few points, but if the offense puts up another seven, our D is going to hold them.

Josh Cribbs is keeping this team in the game single handedly.

I could see Flacco entering Ripken/Unitas/Murray/Robinson/Lewis status. Not trying to jump the gun, but he is a guy the city would embrace as a God if he put together a nice career.

Agreed.

We'll find out in about 5 years if he'll approach that status.

We'll know for sure in 10-12 years if he has it.

That was stupid!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me a punt??? We could at least attempted either a play or a long field goal. That was a net punt of 16 yards.

I'm not able to watch the game, but I am listening on field pass. They said McGahee isn't hurt, they just haven't used him yet. Maybe saving him for later? I hope so.

Edit* woops quoted the wrong post

I could see him being used later in the game, like Chris McAlister was a couple of weeks ago.

I think McGahee is a little banged up, and it looks like they are going to try and rest him if they are doing fine without him.

McGahee's been playing hurt with a bunch of ailments, primarily the knee. Probably trying to rest him up this week.

Boy, defense is dropping off right now.

Right. I was merely trying to point out that Flacco has the intangibles to become THE guy in Baltimore. An example is Lewis vs. Ogden. Although Ogden is widely regarded as an insane football player, he did not reach God status like Ray. I guess you could argue that Ogden was loved just as much, but I think Ray has earned the same affection that Cal/Murray have, which is a notch above Ogden.
We need to get our CBs healthy. This is definitely our weakness.
Anderson's getting way too many throws where he could do his taxes before getting rid of the ball. Complete lack of pressure on some plays makes a cb's job almost impossible.
Cam/Harbaugh need to be a bit less conservative, they're relying on the defense too much.
I agree. First a run on a 3rd and 11, Pretty much saying, well take the 3 points, and won't even try for more. Then we punt on a 3rd and 7 on the 36 yard line.
