It was a clean hit. DRC isn't a naturally physical player. His best attempt at a big hit is just launching himself.

Agreed. Launching himself at the head... even with the shoulder, is a penalty, and (IMO) fine + worthy. If it had been a forearm, fist, elbow, or anything else you routinely use to make a tackle with... to the head - it would be suspension worthy.

Like you said, why in preseason, against a backup QB no one cares about, against a team that's not your rival.

Cromartie ought to be fined just for being stupid.

On the Steelers second drive against Buffalo, David Decastro and Issac Redman suffered injuries with Decastro suffering the more critical injury. OT Marcus Gilbert fell across the back of his right leg. He was able to stand but not able to apply any pressure on his right foot. Redman has returned to the game.

Buffalo leads 7 to 0.

or Madden couldnt find a way to take out Megatron so it decided to that if it couldnt kill Megatron, it'd do the next best thing and kill Stafford (ironically much eaasier.)

Also Calvin is amassing a lot of bad juju- 100 million dollar contract, madden cover etc...

They're saying Decastro injured both his ACL and MCL right now and that he'll be out for some time (with what we can only assume will be a tear of both of them).

As much as I don't want the Steelers to succeed, it sucks seeing a young guy go down with such a bad injury. I remember really wanting him in the draft and hoping he'd fall to us, I wish him the best.

I agree, and me too. Even though it's bad for the Steelers which means it's good for us, I hate to see players get injured, especially young promising ones like Decastro.

Plus I have Big Ben in fantasy, this is bad for me! haha
