good game, had a little bit of everything...Hits and Misses. Offense and Defense started out rathe on the slowe side but eventually picked it up and brough it togethe as the game wore on, i have to admit i was getting a little worried kinda after seeing our first team offense sputter out the first 2-3 drives. glad they finally gelled.defensively, good work from the reserves trying to make an impact... Fumble recoveries and ball awareness...All in all good game. had a little bit of every aspect tossed in, good and bad.

That was a pretty horrible video of high lights. I get they're trying to show the first teamers, but I wish they would've shown how we won. I thought I saw something on here a while ago that said we could watch every game after it broadcasted on here. Or was that something about NFL Network which i don't have?

Dickson is a beast in the redzone but i always see him jumping over everybody and it kinda scares me when u think about what happened to Boldin years ago

That video sucked! Where were the rest of the highlights?? Must have been put together by that rent-a-ref who didn't know whose game he was calling.

90% Falcons highlights! That sucked! I already know what are vets/starters can do. I wanna see the kids!!!

From those highlights, you would've thought the score was the other way around!!

Would like if BaltimoreRavens.com could put the whole game on the website. Visits to the site are already high but that would double if not triple the hits.

Oh, and to add, NFL is some greedy folks if they can't allow team websites to replay preseason games for free. I get and understand regular season games and revenue.

I think they were just showing the starters. Well, one good thing, the receivers for Atlanta were covered, they just made some really good catches.
Oh well, its just our 1st preseason game.

last night reminded me of last year against KC in the preseason, Bowe was covered by Jimmy Smith really well but Bowe would make the catches, same thing happened last night too....it'll all get sorted out

Let me start by saying Cary Williams will not be a Raven next season. They were covered but we will face wrs who can do what Jones did to us. Nicks, Cruz, Brandon Lloyd, Andre Johnson, Dez Bryant, Antonio Brown 2x, AJ Green 2X ands that still not naming the speed guys. I haven't seen Jimmy play yet and I'm already confident he beats out Williams. The team needs to get healthy and fast. Everyone points to Jimmy getting burned vs the Chargers last year forgetting that Williams was on the grill too and probably performed worse.

I do not understand what our coaching staff sees in cary williams he has made a few decent plays for us throughout the years here but every other time he's thrown at he gets burned and repeatedly looks like he has no idea whats going on. then after he gets burned he's always complaining to the refs. he should be water boy for the practice squad

Watching the 1st half of that game last night made me think the Falcons came out playing a regular season game because they had something to prove while we went there expecting a scrimmage. But when our 1st teams finally turned it on, esp. 1st team offense, we were able to move against them at will. Williams might be better defending in the slot and our O-line definitely needs some work but overall I liked the depth that we have at every position and it was good seeing Kindle get some good work in.

Pre-season is where you see what you need to fix. While the O-line needs to figure it out, I am still glad to see that even with the mis-cues the Lads can still pull out a win.

@sayd430,
I'm with you. It's bad enough that he makes a mistake on coverage but he then turns and yaps at the ref. I can overlook a few missed plays here and there in preseason but the complaining to the Ref is in Bad form!
It's YOU Cary! Not, the refs. Go work out with Ray Lewis. He'll show you how to be a winner!

I hope Ed Dickson is ok haven't heard..but on another note i agree Cary Williams gets burnt so much his nickname should be "toast" drives me crazy, he looks lost at times.

Im still not sure about Torrey Smith. He looks a little weak some times. But the rest of you guys think that he's ready so we'll see.

Can you remember his performance last pre-season? It was virtually nonexistent. And then you remember, his season?

Chrispoole please enlighten me, how does Torrey Smith look "weak"? Im curious to hear your explanation, which I'm pretty sure will be erroneous and without facts to back up your presumption, but go head shoot I'd love to hear it.
And obviously Scrock was being sarcastic guys, mocking those who continuously harp about nothing on these messages boards, I get ya Scrock lol
