"Ravens fans wanted to run Flacco out of town last year" - Steve Wyche

It's mostly new fans that want Flacco gone, fans that came during the Flacco era. And i'm not bashing them at all, they just didn't watch the Boller era lol

Don't get it
Fans that came during the flacco era came either cause flacco or cause we're winning playoff games so I can't imagine they'd want a contributor gone.

I still vote we blame Cam
Well we can't blame him for Brees - but we can blame him for a 1-15 dolphins team that managed 6 wins the year before with JOEY HARRINGTON at QB. And we can blame him for the strange gameplans he likes to throw in every 4th game that cost us the division and/or home-field advantage every year. Plus the whole not letting Flacco run the offense, more than likely the lack of multiple receiver sets, etc. I guess even Cam can't be responsible for everything.

I firmly believe that Flacco (and Torrey) are going to set the NFL world on it's ear this season. My fantasy football team is depending on it.

I'm looking for about 4200 yards and 28 - 30 TDs from Flacco.
Torrey I'm expecting 1150 yards and 9 TDs

If I can get that from them, I think the rest of my team (Rice, Adrian Peterson and Megatron) will carry me to the promised land...

I too think Torray is going to take our # 1 go to option we have. Being Flacco's number 1 target and along with another maybe Bolden or streeter but we will be the new show on turf...

Yup, but my boy Fly flew in for the cleanup. Grammar errors are one thing (dont really care), but the misspelling of our own players names I find absolutely hilarious!

Facts! Madness! Wow this is actually kinda nice haha.

But I mean wasn't a problem with our receivers last year is that they couldn't get separation? Not sure if any info is on that to compare with Atlanta.
I love stats haha. From my eye test, only Boldin couldn't reguarly get separation. He depends more on his size and body positioning so that's a moot point anyway. Plus he's really good at finding soft spots in zones. Torrey Smith was a rookie, and teams were smart to start putting their top corners on him. At the same time, Boldin had some monster games against #2 CBs. If it weren't for the injury, Q would have gone over 1000 yards.

From what I've seen out of Atlanta, neither White or Jones had any problem getting open. Julio Jones came in and took over, and probably will be Atlanta's #1.

While I still have some reservations for Cam for this season. I must say.

I admire your consistency.

I wanted to put my team on Flaccos arm but with the first pick took Rodgers. Took Torrey later but I'm in a league against my friend and CANNOT lose. I can't trust Cams playcalling with him now having about 40 million reasons now to get Rice the ball.

Not to mention if Green Bay's defense is like it was last year, Rodgers will be in a ton of shootouts.

Ugh, I used to get annoyed when I discovered we only had one Jared Gaither (since everyone spelled it Gaithers), used to wonder who the heck this Bolden character is, and was bedazzled last night to find out that we have no TE with the name Dixon.

But now, I just direct my frustration towards the Baltimore Dept. of Education :point:

I forgive Wyche. He picked the Ravens to win the SUperbowl: "Joe Flacco continues to improve with a big-play offense made for his big arm. No T-Sizzle hurts for awhile, but there's enough D to cover his back."

Last year a couple times....i was impressed with cams play calling. Then as sure as a bear loves cantelope, cam reverts back to his odd ways...rice getting 7 carries here and there...couple games it looked bad and i like the fact people are realizing that cam is holding him back, read it numerous times already. After this year, if theres a sputter in the offense...cam will be gone, book it.

the FO has to realize what makes our offense the most efficient and it seems so far like the no huddle isn't just lightning in the bottle for a week. this will have a huge impact for us. i will start to lose faith in the FO and harbaugh specifically if cam doesn't run that all year and he doesn't get fired after the season.

I don't have the exact quote but this mooring on NFL AM Steve Wyche, while answering the question of who he would trust more Joe Flacco or Matt Ryan? Answered that He would choose Ryan and followed with "Up until the early half of last year, Ravens fan were looking to run Flacco out of town!"

I'd love to hear you opinions on this... I personally think Joe is the best QB we've had in our franchise's short history and want nothing more than to keep him around for the long haul. To Wyche's point, I felt this way long before the early half of last year.
Who is this Steve Wyche? Never heard of him. Don't really care either. I'll think of him as I think of Skip Bayless. Which is what I think less of than stepping in dog doo doo.

I have always liked and believed in Joe Flacco. I think that this is his year and he is in his prime. I am so excited. I am even considering calling off on September 10th haha.
