I was one of the few, if not the only one, who said he should be our backup, prior to tonight's game. He's got starter experience. What happened in Indy had nothing to do with him. That was a franchise in shambles. He got a bad break. I'm not saying he is a solid starter, but I feel more comfortable with a pure passer than a running back like Tyrod ... cough ... troy ... cough ... smith ... cough ... Taylor.
