What was so masterful about tonight's episode was its arrogance: it accelerated the pace and directly addressed all of the things we'd hope the rest of this season would address, all in one episode.

 

With so many twists and turns, now we're at a complete loss as to how the next episode will go -- and that's what any good story should do, is to make you guess without being predictable.

They easily could've left the episode ending with him not finding the book, or him finding the tracker, but to end how it did, I'm telling everyone to "tread lightly" this week. Makes you think how deep this gets and I honestly have no idea how this will end. The writing and acting have been great, but Pinkman is starting to get annoying to me again.

I'm SO glad they did that. Accelerated the pace. I mean, i guess they have to with only 7 episodes left now, but they easily could have beat around the bush probably. Tonights episode was perfect, like you said, we have no idea whats gonna happen now.

how dare you! Lol. He's my favorite, so i can't say much bad about it, but i can't see why he annoys people haha.

I think Jesse's erratic and indecisive behavior is important in setting up the finale.

 

He's the wild card because he's trying to find redemption, and with the direction he's going, you're left guessing as to whether he'll kill Walt; intentionally overdose when he's got nowhere to go; or go to the DEA with the hard evidence that Hank needs to bring Walt's empire down -- or, even simpler than that, just walk away.

I'm predicting Walt dies from cancer at the very end and Hank never says anything to protect his family. I could also see Walt putting a hit out, who knows? Lol

Glad to have Breaking Bad back.

 

But did anyone else watch AMC's new show "Low Winter's Sun".  I'm a fan of both Mark Strong & Lennie James.  The season premiere was pretty good and got me hooked to watch.  Looking forward to seeing where it goes.
