I'm behind on everything else right now.  Hoping to hit Homeland and Taboo over the next few nights.  Just not enough hours in the day anymore lol

I think I mentioned it awhile back, but Goliath is an Amazon show worth watching.

Power on the starz network is a great show. 3 seasons on demand currently and you will be hooked nonstop. it was a problem for me at one point because the end of each episode had me like "well now i gotta watch the next one...". its like a more urban version of breaking bad, really addictive, all the simultaneous plotlines will have you hooked unlike some shows where the subplots become tiresome and distracting.

only downside is that i wish 50 cent stuck to producing and didnt insert himself as a supporting actor, he surprisingly did an AMAZING job producing this show but he is dreadful as an actor, luckily he doesnt have too much screentime.

When the show first started, I was like "Eh, I don't know about this." After the second episode, I was completely hooked. They really do a great job previewing the next episode at the end.

As for 50, his character is just........evil. I hear ya about his acting skills (or lack thereof), but man does his character scare me at times.

oh yeah hes dark, its really disturbing sometimes(like where hes at right now leading into season 4... what the hell man), i just wouldve really preferred to see a real actor play that part, but kanaan is supposed to be a dirty grimy dude and i guess 50 does that pretty well.

Most of the time i like strange, unless we are talking Dexter and his sister kind of strange.

Some thoughts:

Six: If you dont know about this show its about Navy Seal Team 6 (the guys who "took out" Bin Laden).  As a Marine, i clearly already hate the show from the start, but 2 episodes in, ill keep watching .  Its worth the watch and has a good story line and i have already found myself connecting with characters, hard to do most of the time with just two episodes.  Kind of hard for me to watch at times, but its worth it.

Homeland S6E3:  i think it picked up a little bit, kind of.

After Quinn seen his video of what cause his brain problems, he seems to remember what he was and kind of took control of his life again, even if it was just for a little bit.  He clearly wont have the same skills as before, but it was nice to see him not becoming a meth addict that cant even function as an adult.  Carri's story is basically the exact same, does something extremely stupid against all orders and is illegal, it backfires, she figures out a way to make it work, she is amazing.  Saul is getting a little bit interesting, but honestly ive lost all interest in ever story other than Quinn thanks to this last episode.  This show is still on probation for me, three episodes in, i think its time to set a cut off time considering it has two more seasons planned after this one.  [spoiler/]

April is going to be such a glorious time for TV.  Fargo, Better Call Saul, and The Leftovers.

I have to agree! But I liked Season 2 way more than Season 3

I was really positive surprised by Netflix "The Travellers"

This link says FX confirmed April at a recent conference.

I've heard a lot of shows want the April time slot because those are ingrained in voters' minds for award season.

That just made my day.   I usually just use IMDb as my reference.  Good looking out.

I will go back to it then, at some point.  But with Homeland, Black Sails, Taboo, Game of Thrones, House of Cards, Billions...might be hard to fit it in.

That actually sounds gread, should check that out.

I finally need to get around to see Westworld, too. The reviews and opinions are amazing, but I haven't found the time to actually watch it.

At least Suits is back on. Not the greates show on earth, but always seams entertain me quite a bit.

Westworld is awesome.  Some of it can be a bit predictable, at least as far as the outcome goes.  It'll throw you some twists on how they actually get to those outcomes, though.

Just checked out the premiere of Legion. Not usually big into the whole comic/superhero universe, but I'm feeling this one based off of episode 1. It's bizarre, but seems like it's going to be a lot of fun.

The guy who made the Fargo series is doing this so the quality should be very high. His work tends to have a lot more artistry in the way of filmmaking than most TV series. He honestly should be making movies. I'm pretty unfamiliar with the source material but apparently it's set within the Xmen universe so I'm pretty curious to see where this goes .

Yeah, kind of looks that way in all the previews. But twists just for twists sake aren't anything anyways, in my opinion. If a show does everything else well, I don't really care if the outcome is foreseeable.^^

Anybody watch How to Get Away with Murder? Damn good show, but this is a show you would have to watch from the very beginning. Trust me on that.
