I guess so. Derrick Martin, David Pittman, Ronnie Prude....I'd much rather be playing with Frank Walker, Fabian Washington, and Corey Ivy, although those three aren't great players they are at least decent backups. And I like our depth at safety too...Leonheard, Nakamura, and Zbikowski are all good young players.

Martin wasn't one of the players he was talking about, he made the 53-man roster, but ended up injured. Also I believe the quote was that last year we had players that are not even playing in the league this year. I don't think he said they don't belong. I guess it's just semantics, but IMO Prude was slow but a decent player. Martin is young and talented and I believe once healthy, may have a long career in the NFL.

Did you not see the quotation marks around the statement? There was nothing implied here, that is what he said.."guys that dont belong in the NFL"

Theres no way around it, its definitely true, When we played Pitt last year we looked like a high school Defense in the Secondary. Those corners got lit up like a Christmas Tree. I trust Walker Washington and Ivy more then Pittman Prude and Martin. This year has been light years better then last, even with the injury bug hitting us again

Well I shouldn't have included Derrick Martin, I thought he was okay but he definitely needs more experience, but he had an okay year last year other than the Pittsburgh game haha. I also remember he had that pick-6 in the preseason.

They picked up Gary Baxter in the 2nd round and he worked out for us for a while.
