560 is a good card, the Ti versions were a bit better. If its running your current games, then dont upgrade. im just splurging because its a brand new system, and wanted to make it ready for 2012- whenever.

Finished a HTPC build tonight for my home theater. Just for movies storage, and light gaming. couple months ago I scored the $99 i5 2500k deal at mirocenter, so I used that coupled with 8GB 1600 ram, and 660ti sli. got the cards cheap so its worth it.

I had some extra tubing laying around, and a waterblock so i went ahead and watercooled the i5.

ok question Lower end Headphones to get by with ,  Logitech Senicc  or Turtlebeach ZLA

I had a Logitech one at one point in time, they're generally alright if you're going cheap.  I tend to stick to major brands though, and Turtlebeach doesn't have the best reputation.

Personally, I used the SteelSeries Siberia v2, but they're about double the price you're looking for.  Super comfy with quality sound though, especially since I'm not a fan of that simulated surround sound.
