Heard earlier that he said he was going to do it on 9gag awhile back because of a spoiler that was leaked...

Saw this in a news article I read through twitter..

Wait he did this because a movie spoiler was leaked? This guy is a sicko who needs to be locked up. If he can not handle a spoiler being leaked without having to bring a gun then this guy is a danger to society and needs to be locked up ASAP.

He killed a three month old. How about a .22 to the back of his head? Cost to taxpayers would be about .03. Much cheaper than prison.

Who the hell brings a 3 month old into a movie let alone a movie at midnight?!

This guy seems insane, I understand from a psychological standpoint why someone might do a homicide/ suicide, but to just finish the rampage and surrender to the cops without a struggle, that is just way too disturbing.

I think we've all encountered [i]those people[/i]. They bring babies into adult movie showings, they let their toddlers run around restaurants etc.

It looks like this event is already effecting some changes.

I thought the child was just taken to the hospital and is ok. If not, that adds to it.

You have be pretty messed up to deprive families of their loved ones and kill innocents. Tragic and condolesense to all the families.

Still, it's some serious trauma for them so until we hear otherwise, that 3 month old is not out of the woods :-/

[/quote]he didnt resist arrest so it would have been unjustified from a law standpoint. If he didnt drop his weapons im sure police would have happily fired, but in the circumstances when he surrendered immediately, rightly or wrongly the police couldnt have fired.

I think they found him sitting by his car. Not sure. Unfortunately you can't unload in that situation.
