Ok it did happen. Apparently Lynch was arrested Saturday Night.

The amount of players getting arrested for DUI is ridiculous! Surely they realise that they can afford to hire a driver or get a taxi?! Some people will just never learn I guess.

Yup. It has less to do with the time and more to do with the common sense of the person in trouble.
