I saw that earlier and chose not to post. Help me out now - if you punch somebody, is that attempted murder?

Perhaps he punched a child or an adult in the Adam's Apple. That could be. Perhaps he repeatedly beat on their head a la UFC.

How many players have ended up in trouble after going out to a club, whether night or strip? A quiet movie night at home does exist...

That's how Dez Bryant keeps quiet nowadays.

Wow, when it rains it pours. Geesh!  Don't take this the wrong way, but praying for our guys to make wise decisions before camp!

Look up Casey Therriault. Could be a very similar situation.

It was a clubgoer lol, obviously not a kid.  The article seems to imply that it was only once, so it looks like the prosecutor is just bluffing.

Wow, Josh Brent finds himself back in jail after failing a second drug test.

http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2013/06/27/josh-brent-back-in-jail-after-another-failed-drug-test/

I suspect the Cowboys will release Brent soon as Jerry won't want to look like a fool after the Patriots released Hernandez for murder while they haven't release him.

I can't stand Brent.  I still can't believe that he thought it was appropriate to show up on the sideline after his whole ordeal.

Like he cares about looking like a fool. I suspect they will too though, SMH at Brent.

33 NFL players arrested in 2013...here's all of them:

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1686301-every-nfl-player-arrested-in-2013

Only 1 person on there (kind of) on our team...Rolando McClain...and I don't even count him as a Raven.  He's also listed as a Raider :)

I love our team.

We've had pur share over the years. I wouldn't get too smug. Look where that got Patriot fans.

Truth...I know we aren't angels, but I am glad that it appears that our players are smart enough to stay away from (serious) trouble.

27 players arrested since the Superbowl. Wow!

surprised thing is that they aren't super bowl winners who are likely going to partying too much after the ultimate price.

Pretty crazy. I see the CNN headlines now that say "NFL facing image problem." Funny stuff.

You know Goodell is going to come down HARD on this. I can't see him letting this go anymore.

Isn't it ironic that all these people that can afford chaffeurs have DUI/DWI charges?

Lol it's pretty funny but I think it comes from them thinking they're invincible more than anything. That's the problem. They get this superiority complex and think the law doesn't apply, they're above the law, or that they won't get caught. It all revolves around hubris.

You also have to take into account the fact that most football players are really really really really dumb.

Heck. Regular people are smart enough to pay the cab fare to get home safe...

I mean, they do have precedent that there is some truth to that. Hines Ward was caught red-handed driving his car up over a curb drunk in Georgia and somehow got out of it scott free.
