Days before the draft...... how stupid can you be. 2017 Draft Prospect Caleb Brantley was arrested for punching a woman. So now he's guaranteed to go undrafted and be treated like Rice and Greg Hardy. NFL career done before it begins.

If I'm a prospect, not only would I not leave my house, but I wouldn't leave my room unless if I had to shower or go to the bathroom. Heck, I'd quarantine my house.

They never learn. Apparently another prospect found himself in trouble. Apparently he was accused of sexual assault and now there is reports the police are doing him favors by not filing the report. 

It says that the prospect will talk to police... AFTER the draft. PFT has learned this player is expected to go in the first round Thursday Night.

trying to work out who it is - the only two prospects visiting the browns at the time were mahomes (but he immediately jetted off to another city) and melifonwu - so if its not melifonwu then it has to be a local guy i guess...

Martavis Bryant has been reinstated by the NFL. It would have been nice for that not to happen or for it to happen after the draft and the Steelers waste an early round pick on a WR. 

Too bad he is such a pot head. He has insane upside if only he could keep his head together. It's sad what has happened to him and Gordon. But the plus side to that is that they are both in our division.

It seemed like he was a sure-fire 1st rounder ... possibly even a top 15 pick. No more. I mean, to even spend a 3rd on him is a risk ... he could be poof gone. Who knows, but the timing on this just feels like a shakedown.

But teams can't be so cavalier in their evaluation of the situation. I've no idea how a front office is supposed to sort such a thing out, but my sense is that the Ravens will play it safe and take the guy off their board.

I don't see how he could go in the third round - he surely either goes undrafted or he is clean and goes late first or 2nd (allowing for a small drop) - the 3rd makes an organisation look cheap and insincere - like "we're wary of this guy but sexual assault is only a two round deduction on our board" - he's either fine or he's not fine: the 3rd feels like a useless, terrible compromise

Don't know what Conley told the Raiders but now his lawyer is claiming two different things. First it was the "nothing happened" defense, now it's at "it was consenual". Seems to me the Raiders bit on more than they can chew and messed up.
