UPDATED: MESSAGE BOARDS CLOSING AFTER DRAFT   03/08/2017

After careful consideration, we have decided that we will sunset our message boards after this year's NFL Draft. Since we opened our boards a decade ago, the digital landscape has greatly evolved. While we understand there remains a smaller group of highly-engaged fans who participate in conversation in our forums, a significant amount of the dialogue about our team and our games has migrated away to other social media platforms over the past several years. Our message boards will remain up and running through Friday, May 5th, and will be removed on May 6th. We recognize that this change may upset avid members of our community. However, we look to utilize our time and resources to focus on how we can best connect with our fans across an array of digital/social outlets. If you are not already engaging us and other members of the Ravens Flock on our Facebook page, Instagram account, through Twitter or Snapchat, we invite you to follow us on those channels and continue to participate in our social communities. In addition, the commenting feature on our website articles will remain intact. Members will be able to continue using their boards account to log in and share their thoughts at the bottom of every news story. We’d like to thank all the Flock members and our moderators who have brought thoughtful conversation to this space and made our community great for the last 10 years. Ravens Social Media Hub »

The Seattle Seahawks are in danger of losing their second round pick due to failing to disclose Richard Sherman's MCL injury. The Seahawks have already lost a 2017 5th round pick for illegal off season practice activity.

Well, it's stupid to lose a high pick on a simple rule like this.  Does Pete Carroll scared that other team will attack their weak link if injury revealed?

But Richard was getting beat all year long anyways.....Julio just owned him.....

It's going to be interesting to see what the Bengals do and react to a new video that has been released related to Pacman Jones. As we know, Jones was arrested on charges of obstructing official business, disorderly conduct and assault. Video obtained by TMZ(gee, who would have guessed that) shows Jones calling the cop names and said the line... "I hope you die tomorrow, You're gonna be out be out of a job tomorrow."

Couple this with the fact he is turning 34 and is owed $6.3M in base salary, I imagine he played his last down for the Bengals and most likely last down in the NFL.

Update: Floyd has been pleaded guilty and has been sentenced to 120 days in Jail. Or in this case, 24 days in county jail and 96 days of home detention. He'll also have to complete 30 hours of community service and pay a $5,115.99 fine.

I guess Matt Elam is technically a FA since we didnt pick up his option, but he was arrested this morning in Florida for 126 grams of marijuana and some oxycodone.

Yeah I don't think we were going to resign him anyway but it seems his odd of getting signed by anyone just went down dramatically.

It is a shame. I liked the kid.

The stupid decision making makes my head hurt. The odds of "making it" in the NFL are SO slim. Why would you risk stacking the odds against your self? He just played through his rookie contract and no more. That means he is going to have to work the rest of his life.

The offseason arrest meter begins and adds another with Colts NT David Parry. Parry was arrested on Saturday in Scottsdale, AZ on suspicion of driving under the influence, auto theft, robbery, criminal damage, and resisting arrest. Apparently he hitched a ride on a transportation cart, knocked out the driver and stole the cart, followed by crashing into a gate.

Parry needs to be cut tomorrow by the Colts for this level of stupidity.

The video of him is so sad. Just watched it wondering what he had done with all of the opportunities and talent granted to him...

Aldon, real talk: if you have any capital left, move into your own space in a new neighborhood, delete/block 95% of your phone contacts (especially the ones that make you get swarmed by media outside of a police station and get the 'bad stories' circulated), workout intensely until your NFL banishment is completed. He'll be 28 in September, it is slipping through his hands.

That is, if he's really serious about playing in the NFL and/or turning his life around. He's probably not.

How can someone with so much talent be so stupid? Just read an article on PFT about Zeke pulling a woman's top down exposing her in public at a parade.

Could not provide the link due to it containing video of it.

One of the most obnoxious and annoying players in the NFL.

I was one of the most pro Elliott people to push him to us in last years draft.  Thought character concerns weren't an issue.  Boyyyy was I wrong.  I'd be upset if I were a cowboys fan. Glad we got Stanley.

So a Bears CB and a Packers CB walk into a bar. Bears CB Deiondre Hall and Packers CB Makinton Dorleant were arrested on Saturday Night for interference.

Quote

Bears cornerback Deiondre’ Hall was cited under suspicion of interference, disorderly conduct and public intoxication; Packers cornerback Makinton Dorleant was booked for alleged interference,

So Roger Goodell is now arresting players for committing interference? He's lost it.

Haha it's such an offensive league that defensive backs can be called for PI while on holiday

I didn't even know there was a bar in Cedar Rapids, a place where they roll the sidewalks up after dark. From my experience, the most popular thing to do there is to watch Wheel Of Fortune.
