Martavis Bryant will miss the first Ravens-Steelers game if his suspension doesn't get appealed down. We can beat em either way but I certainly wouldn't mind Ben having one less weapon for that game.

Ray McDonald indicted by grand jury on one count of rape of an intoxicated person. Facing maximum 8 years in prison.

Ahmad Brooks charged with misdemeanor sexual battery. Both incidents happened at the same party at Mcdonald's house and involve the same person.

The details of this could be one of the ugliest incidents to come to the public. If these charges are true hopefully we never hear from these two again.

Is there any reason why Bryant's suspension would not be cut to 2 games, like Bell's was?

Don't want to give you bad info but I believe his appeal is still going on so it could be cut.

Yep, I saw that. Have funny feeling he'll also be available week 4.

For his sake, I hope it's something else and minor but we know what it likely was. Sad.

I was thinking the same thing and expect It will be out soon. You are right if that's the case, definitely sad.

Does anyone know whether Robinson was fined (how much) and/or suspended (how long) for the pile drive tackle on Aiken during the Redskins pre-season game? I am going to be really mad if SSS got a fine (which he is appealing) and Robinson got minimal to no punishment. How the NFL could review what happened  thoroughly enough to give SSS a fine and certainly see, but minimize or ignore 1 of the most dangerous and intentional illegal hits would totally blow my mind. If anyone knows or can find out, please post it, along with the fine amount SSS is appealing. Thanks

The thing about fines is you don't know if someone is fined unless the one who receives the fine leaks it. A more transparent explanation is that the NFL doesn't hand out a list of players it fines. So to be blunt, we won't know if he's been fined unless Robinson leaks his fine.

As for suspensions, the NFL does announce those but having seen no suspension yet mentioned, I think it's safe to say he wasn't suspended.

Thanks Coconut. I had a feeling that may be the case but wasn't sure. I am very curious to know if and how much Robinson was fined and so far annoyed that he wasn't suspended. This was not Robinson's first pile drive tackle. If you find out , please post. Appreciate you clearing up how that works. Wish fines would be released publically.

To be honest, I highly doubt you'll feel vindicated. If we don't know about the fine yet, we'll likely never learn if he was fined and how much. He would've released that info already and appealed it, but since he hasn't, it sounds like he'll pay it if he was fined and let it go. I also sincerely doubt he's suspended since he's still looking ready to go on Sunday. They would've announced it by now.

Oh, and no problem!

Nope Coconut. No vindication for me, much less no vindication for Aiken. The NFL missed the boat here, in my opinion. Don't see how Robinson can be caught on film for a second time making the most dangerous and illegal prohibited pile drive tackle without a suspension. If it was his first time, like the prior hit on Bridgewater, I can maybe accept that he wasn't suspended. Second time? No way. Or does the NFL wait til someone is paralyzed to deem it suspension-worthy? SMH

It was not his first Pile Drive...  Go back a couple....  He did the very same thing to Teddy Bridgewater in Minnesota...  It was brutal as well.... Not sure he was fined or suspended for that one either.  I'll get it and post the link here.

I did say it was the second time (that I know of), the first time I saw was Bridgewater. I reread and see why my ending comment is confusing. I meant to convey that perhaps if it was the first time, I can accept that there was no fine. Second time with Aiken, fine Robinson's bad behind. Will edit my post because I can see my wording is screwy.

Not a problem....  You're fine.  I understand.

How was Pacman Jones not suspended? The dude rips off Amari Coopers helmet and then slams his head onto the top of it. I see that Suh was involved in another incident yesterday, but they want to call the Ravens dirty. We don't do any of that kind of serious stuff.

Suh didn't do anything yesterday, 100% accidental.

Jones, on the other hand, should have been thrown out of the league already.

Mike Rosenberg ✔@RosenbergMerc

NFL just finished a calendar month without any player arrests reported. That hadn't happened in more than 6 years.
