Stokely is an easy decision to make I just gotta wait until tomorrow night to confirm his status. Shorts is the real problem because its wednesday and he hasnt practiced. While he is cleared to practice, he hasnt yet and being so late in the week Im not sure if he will be ready to go and I need to know by tomorrow due to Denarious moore playing tomorrow. I have this feeling if I start Moore and dont play Shorts, Shorts will play but if I dont play Moore, Shorts wont play and i'll scramble for a Sunday add so I have one more day to really decide

See this just confirms that thing I said earlier about my team being better on paper. Even with the one week injuries he's still scared I'll go off lol. In all likelihood you have it though because the injuries will cause me to screw a lineup decision up

I now see your pickle with having only 3 WRs and one is playing Thursday and the other is questionable for Sunday. That's a tough call. Shorts most likely won't practice tomorrow

Erratic Emus #4 vs Go Flacco Yourself #5 - Erratic Emus suffered a crushing defeat at the hands of Go Flacco Yourself. Despite underwhelming performances from the usually consistent Peyton Manning and Demaryius Thomas combo, Knowshon Moreno was able to cover the difference and propel Go Flacco Yourself to an early 70.40 point lead. Not be outdone, Marshawn Beast Mode Lynch showed why he is the BEAST today with a 3 touchdown 128 yard performance on only 11 carries. Frank Gore joined the party with a touchdown of his own completing the upset.

Well the Texans defense hasnt been able to stop anyone as of late so I think Brady will be able to find his two favorite targets pretty easily. Im more concerned about Owen Daniels, but who knows anything can happen. I think this game is going to be pretty high scoring which works in my favor.

I dont see it as high scoring tbh.

The pats are giving their running game 25 touches a game. (Between Ridley, Vareen and Woodhead).

The Texans run the ball more than any other team in the league and while the pats defense is underrated they really cant be expected to stop Foster and Andre which will lead to extended drives and a lot of chewed up clock.

I expect this game to be something along the lines of

23 to 17 NE just because NE is at home, however, I could easily see that score going the other way.

I think the touchdowns go to one of the runningbacks, and then I'll say Hernandez just because welker isnt that great of a red zone target but that depends on how good Hernandez looks and who the texans decide to cover which will probably be focused on welker. I also think that the Texans do stop the Pats in the red zone a lot just because JJ SWAT and the rest of that team is very good. The injuries to Jonathan Joseph will probably lead to yardage being given up though.

Houston's secondary is very banged up so I think Belichick will spread them out and go up tempo like they have all season. They dont have anyone who can cover Hernandez or Welker and while NE does like to run they also just run a lot of plays. Texans will probably try to slow it down, but the strength of the NE defense is the front 7. Houston will have to pass to keep up.

This week described my season in a nutshell. Getting close, often thanks to luck, but never close enough. Why couldn't this be a blowout like two weeks ago??
