You're gonna lose just cause er20 will have a guy perform out of his mind like Doug Martin or Rodgers vs Houston. The vent thread will be here when you need it. That or one of your guys will get injured the week you play him.

I was even more surprised when I woke up and found that I had gotten all four of the waivers that I wanted. I was at # 11 and got Marcel Reece, Daryl Richardson, Upgraded to Myers as my second TE, and picked up Dallas's D.

Guess people were so en-thrilled with the election and didn't put in any waiver claims.

I was already fine at those positions. I do question Reece as he is a FB and even with the injuries they have in the backfield I wonder how effective he can be.

We'll get a good look at him Sunday. I'm not worried about Reece's ability. He is very athletic and can play multiple positions. The Raiders will probably move to an even more heavy pass offense and Reece being the best backfield blocker, he'll get some good catches out of the backfield for a ppr league. My main concern with the Raiders is still their O-Line and how they are going to split carries.

I'm just glad we don't have to play McFadden this week. We seem like the type of team where McFadden gets his wheels back (and O-Line) and blows up for 250 and 2 tds.

I did put a 'name' out on waiver to upgrade to Myers. I was sick of having Tamme hang around. I'm sure somebody will give him a shot. He doesn't get down field and he rarely gets any redzone looks. But he plays in a Manning offense.

I may give him a look, if for no other reason than without jones drew Im basically taking a shot in the dark on my flex every week anyway, altho with broyles doing so well in the lions offense I may start to look to him.

Donald Jones: 9.58 ppg
Santana Moss: 9.26 ppg

That is quality depth right there plus season highs:

Roberts: 34.8
Hilton: 27.3
Jones: 17
Moss: 16

Fred Jackson is out with a concussion and has been not nearly the player Spiller has been. With Jackson out Spiller was a top 5 RB so that is a pretty big trade chip. Marshall and Johnson are pretty close although Marshall has been more consistent and has scored more TDs.

I needed help at TE and QB and was willing to trade one of my better players to get the depth I needed there.

Marshall and Megatron are a push I give you that. Vick is out this week barring a miracle and could very well lose his job which pains me to say because nothing that happened with the eagles was really his fault. His o line was terrible (only line worse in the league was the cards). No qb can perform well like that.

So really this was

Spiller for Romo Gresham and BJGE. As good as spiller is he has already shown this season that he isnt durable. Even still though spiller isnt worth all of this. I doubt jackson misses more than a game and it goes right back to being a 60/40 timeshare with jackson who will be getting the 60.

I told you Im not gonna veto it, so don't try to insult me by saying this wasn't a hosing.

Also Spiller isnt better than foster, rice, ap, mccoy, lynch just off the top of my head.

Dalton has the same production as Romo, Pettigrew averages 1 point less than Gresham, and Lawfirm has been on my bench recently. This is my push to get better for the playoffs. On the subject of Vick, I took him just in case he comes back. So I think this was very fair. So does Gabe as he flipped back and forth for awhile.
