Everything you said is absolutely true. During the Flacco/Harbaugh era, that one game in "09" (34 -3) was the only time we outscored them with serious points. Unless you want to count that 37 - 27 game in "08". We put up points against them but almost gave up as many. It must be a character flaw on my part but, I don't see that beating a team (that averaged 5 wins a season over that same time period) by 10 & 14 points as "blowing them out". Especially when we won the 2 games at the bank by 7 & 6 points respectively.
