[Footman DCXLV]

If anybody is interested in joining a league on NFL.com for Ravens fans, I just created a league and I'm looking for 11 more players. If you sign up, please stay active throughout the season. I've only played the NFL managed leagues with complete strangers, and have never participated in a league where everyone (or even most) stay active until the end. I thought this might be my best chance to change that.

I'm in as RedStorm.... last year I had thought I would be able to play in more than my own fantasy football league, but I started a new job and I was just going into college as a Freshman, so I had to leave some leagues other than the one I was commish of which included family in, so I could focus my attention on all the new changes ongoing in my life. But I won the league I was a part of, and everything has settled into place now and I'm ready to take on some other leagues now, and I plan to give it my all, 110%... I hate how people sign up for something and only play half the year, which is why I dropped before the league's draft 2 weeks in advance so that they weren't left hanging. I'm ready to go beast mode!

I just looked, and I can reschedule the draft time. If a Tuesday morning is okay, that works best for me (if I'm outvoted, I'll make due). An extra week? Two? Three? Let me know what you guys want.

Sometime around preseason is best imo

I'd rather not push it back until preseason. Its no fun if you already know who's the best guys are, who's hurt and who's not etc..before you draft

I don't think having the draft on a weekday, in the middle of the morning, is the best way to go at all... whether we wait for preseason or we have it the 17th... most people, including myself, are holding a job down during the day, and speaking for myself here, also a class as well. As far as date of draft goes... I'd like it to be early August/late July about 2-3, maybe 4, weeks after the 17th, but we've gotta get a time nailed down first imo

I'm pretty flexible on the time. I can find a way to make things work. So, let's ballpark things, first. How does the first week of August sound to everyone? Several weeks away, but we could do it before the first preseason game on the 9th.

Sounds great to me. It would be very close to Preseason, but not during preseason, so it sounds like a great compromise of what people in the league want as the date.

A Sunday at 1 pm. I figured that was a time we'd all be accustomed to setting aside. Let me know if it doesn't work for anybody.
This also gives us much more time, so I won't publish the league to the public for outsiders to join, unless we still need them when we get closer. So, get the word out if you guys have any friends you'd like to join. Everybody is welcome as long as they'll really participate.
