Anyone a big "Alien" nerd like me? I saw Prometheus opening night and it was really good. Not too many answered questions from the Alien series, but still a good movie nonetheless. Has anyone seen it yet?

Im a Huge aliens fan. Hopefully seeing the movie today. Finally busted my PS3 cherry and started playing COD: MW3 yesterday and was up until 5am, lol. May just sleep today.

You need to see it, I was looking for Alien stuff the whole movie. Didnt see much, but there was some. The ending was genius.

Just got the Alien Anthology off Amazon for 29.99. Blu Ray!

Never seen any of them before, just finished watching the Original "Alien". Debating if I wanna watch Aliens now or if i wanna finish reading A Dance of Dragons.

Haha yeah that little thing got me excited. Ive heard that maybe those human-alien things in Prometheus created the Aliens as a biological weapon against the Predators in a war of some sort.

I have not seen Prometheus yet. But the alien I know is a race called the Xenomorphs. Predators hunt them and therefore were not used in war. Haven't you seen AVP?
Also any facebookers out there like Stan Winston school of Character Arts. They talk about Aliens and Predator stuff all the time.

Yes i've seen AVP. But whos to say that the Predators didn't get ahold of how to make them after purely to hunt them after? They obviously didn't make them (the creatures in Prometheus did) In the 2nd AVP, the Predators have one of Prometheus' aliens skull on there trophy case. They've been in contact before.

AVP was based in present time. Prometheus is in the future. So when did they meet way before human time? So confusing! we need a timeline!

Yeah, the AVP franchise screwed up the timeline really bad. We'll just have to wait for Ridley Scott or someone else to explain everything going on in their heads haha.
