Keeper League? Take AJ Green or Julio Jones if possible. I would also take Marshall over Lloyd, probably Roddy too. Even in a non-keeper I would take those 4 ahead of Lloyd. There is a chance you could snag Lloyd in the 5th round.

I think Matthews is just another player who had so much potential but is so injury prone that he his career may never take off. Also the Brandon Lloyd trade seems to be a good one as reports are is that he is lighting things up in camp.

Keeper league and i have rice AND foster, so im set at rb and aiming for peyton hillis later. In round 5 i have the 8th pick and i have the 2nd and 3rd pick in the 6th, so ill be picking 3 players in 5spots right there. id love to grab lloyd, hernandez, and hillis in the 5th and 6th rounds. I know thats early for hillis i just really want him and feel ok reaching. if available ill take these guys most likely in the third welker, julio, marshall, green.

Couldn't agree more. The hype-train got completely out of control for a RB that's been on the injury report 15 times in 32 games (according to FootballOutsiders.com).

Considering the Pats defense was 31st in the league last year vs the number 2 offense in the league, that doesnt inspire a lot of confidence in the reports. I mean Hightower and Jones certainly help, but that secondary really isnt anything that could stop Lloyd

is lloyd really that fast? hes never jumped off the screen to me being a 4.3 guy or something, torrey looks way faster. With all the weapons the pats have he should see a lot of single coverage, and next to fitz he prolly has the best hands in the league

I wouldnt take him until the 5th round or later. He is going to miss at least 4 weeks from this injury. Then the questions become how will he look when he gets back? can he stay healthy the rest of the season?

Yes you did. And draft value wise i was trade-raped. Hopefully Jamaal Charles breaks a fingernail and gets sidelined for the rest of the season and Hillis takes over primary back..

Didnt really have a choice. You had to lose value when trading for the most important position in fantasy. Thats why you draft a lot of rb's kiddies. But tbh you did get a pretty good deal. I could have left you to die and I showed you why Hillis has some very good upside.
