I felt I did okay. Not particularly happy with my RBs but it will have to do for now. Some great competition here.

So for the hell of it, I went through and added up how much each team is "projected" to score this year. Now we all know projections don't really mean anything, but it's interesting if only for discussion's sake:

1st. FlaccoFlicker
1679 (Starters), 822 (Bench), 2501 (Total)

2nd. Schornack
1678 (Starters), 808 (Bench), 2486 (Total)

3rd. ED20
1672 (Starters), 621 (Bench), 2293 (Total)

4th. RiceMonster
1598 (starters), 689 (Bench), 2287 (Total)

5th. Cabana Boys
1631 (Starters), 615 (Bench), 2246 (Total)

6th. Old Bay
1573 (Starters), 647 (Bench), 2220 (Total)

7th. YES YES YES
1575 (Starters), 640 (Bench), 2215 (Total)

8th. Good Job
1567 (Starters), 615 (Bench), 2182 (Total)

9th, Pitta The Fool
1482 (Starters), 646 (Bench), 2128 (Total)

10th. ATD
1454 (starters), 643 (Bench), 2097 (total)

11th. Sizzle
1392 (Starters), 676 (Bench), 2068 (Total)

12th. PuRock
1609 (Starters), 458 (Bench), 2067 (Total)

13th. Psychedelic Squirrels
1422 (Starters), 537 (Bench), 1959 (Total)

14. I'll Suh
1473 (Starters), 455 (Bench), 1928 (Total)

It doesn't help me that auto-pick gave me Chad Johnson who is currently rocking a 0 for points projection.

These numbers are a bit pointless anyways since they are all skewed based on your team makeup. I can understand comparing the starters (since its equal) but comparing benches is pointless. Any teams carrying multiple QBs, Defenses and Kickers will have higher projections.

Flacco Flicker is carrying 4 QBs (One is Aaron Rodgers) on his roster which is why he is number one in projections.
Schornack is carrying an extra QB, DST and Kicker.

This is what the last pick and no RBs does for you. I do feel like they underrated many of my players though.

It doesn't help that your starting Defense is only projected to get 80 points. But your first week's matchup is a beast. Against the Jags.

This is why projections means nothing lol bout the qbs part

Also we were dying when we saw it autodraft you ochocinco. We were like omg lololol he will be tight.

Also I'll advertise now. My team is in the market for wide receivers. I have rbs for trade which I know a lot of you need. Either pm me your trade offers or send them on espn. Darren Mcfadden Demarco Murray Doug Martin and Peyton Hillis are all on the block

Best way to go. Though it might be a little tight in a 14 team league.

That minny vs jags is a great week 1 matchup.

The only time I don't play week by week on defense is if somehow a top notch defense slides to one of my last three picks.
I only picked them due to them playing the Jags week 1. I used my last pick on them once I realized the good defenses were going higher than I wanted to pick one.

Had two of my best drafts of the year thus far today. Both are PPR, the first draft is in a 2 QB league (which I usually don't do)

Draft One
Round 1 (2) - Ray Rice (RB)
Round 2 (19) - Demarco Murray (RB)
Round 3 (22) - Steve Smith (CAR - WR)
Round 4 (39) - Dez Bryant (WR)
Round 5 (42) - Jeremy Maclin (WR)
Round 6 (59) - Ben Roethlisberger (QB)
Round 7 (62) - Eli Manning (QB)
Round 8 (79) - Jonathan Stewart (RB)
Round 9 (82) - Torrey Smith (WR)
Round 10 (99) - Reggie Wayne (WR)
Round 11 (102) - Brandon Pettigrew (TE)
Round 12 (119) - Michael Bush (RB)
Round 13 (122) - Jacob Tamme (TE)
Round 14 (139) - Ryan Fitzpatrick (QB)
Round 15 (142) - Jon Baldwin (WR)
Round 16 (159) - Randall Cobb (WR)
Round 17 (162) - Steelers D/ST **Auto-Picked**
Round 18 (179) - Seahawks D/ST
Round 19 (182) - Matt Bryant (K)

Draft Two
Round 1 (2) - Ray Rice (RB)
Round 2 (19) - DeMarco Murray (RB)
Round 3 (22) - Julio Jones (WR)
Round 4 (39) - Jeremy Maclin (WR)
Round 5 (42) - Steven Jackson (RB)
Round 6 (59) - Vincent Jackson (WR)
Round 7 (62) - Vernon Davis (TE)
Round 8 (79) - Torrey Smith (WR)
Round 9 (82) - Matt Ryan (QB)
Round 10 (99) - Denarius Moore (WR)
Round 11 (102) - Willis McGahee (RB)
Round 12 (119) - Carson Palmer (QB)
Round 13 (122) - Jermaine Gresham (TE)
Round 14 (139) - Seattle D/ST
Round 15 (142) - Dan Bailey (K)

Now it may seem like my teams are similar, but it just so happened that I had the second overall pick in both leagues. Teams would look like this....

QB: Roethlisberger
QB: E. Manning
RB: Rice
RB: Murray
WR: Steve Smith (CAR)
WR: Dez Bryant
TE: Pettigrew
R/W/T: Maclin (WR)
R/W/T: Stewart (RB)
D/ST: Pittsburgh
K: Matt Bryant
Bench: Torrey Smith, Fitzpatrick, Bush, Baldwin, Cobb, Wayne, Tamme, Seattle

Other team....
QB: Ryan
WR: Jones
WR: Maclin
WR: Vincent Jackson
RB: Rice
RB: Murray
TE: Davis
W/R/T: Steven Jackson (RB)
D/ST: Seattle
K: Bailey
Bench: Smith, Moore, McGahee, Palmer, Gresham

What kind of trade is Michael Turner for Brandon Lloyd? Please give me a reason why that trade was made and I will not vote to veto the trade.

A bad one for whoever had Michael Turner. Did someone in our league really offer that to you? Besides the fact Michael Turner is an rb and lloyd is a wide receiver. Turner is also ranked 2-3 full round ahead of lloyd.

Edit: whoever good job good effort is got trade ripped tremendously

It's okay, in a single QB league, someone offered me Jay Cutler for Torrey Smith.... when I had Roethlisberger and Schaub on my team already.

It wasn't me, I saw that it was pending and I believe we need an certain amount of votes to veto it so feel free to veto the trade and cancel it. Also like I have said, you only have a 4 trade limit and that is not a good way to spend one of the 4 trades.

I shouldnt have to give reasons why i made a trade first off.

Michael turner is dependable but has limited upside. Lloyd could be a top 5 fantasy WR. He will be NE's vertical threat and his OC loves him. In a 3 wr league i wanted more depth and i am really high on lloyd.

with the the flex option, this also might as well be a 3 rb league. I think this was an absolutely terrible trade for you personally and you lost tremendous value especially to squirrels who is desperate for an rb ( no offense Mt. C) I feel you coulda have gotten more but its your choice.

I understand, and it seems I'm not the only one here who doesn't like the trade but just that your banking on a "What If" scenario that Lloyd indeed becomes a Top 5 WR. I can totally understand trading Turner because of Atlanta becoming a passing team but I just feel you should have gotten more than Lloyd in the deal.

I do see what I perceive to be the logic behind the trade, although I do not agree with it.

Lloyd is a starting receiver on the Brady led Patriots and Turner is a starting running back. So [profanity deleted]-for-tat makes sense, but Turner's tires are almost bald by now and Lloyd is going to take a hit being on a team with Gronk, Hernandez, and Welker.

I'm voting to allow it because it makes "sense", although in my opinion it's a bad trade. However it's not one of those horrendously one-sided bad trade where someone trades Ray Rice for Greg Little because he's a starter for a team and needs a WR. The value between Turner and Lloyd is a little closer. So if someone wants to agree to it, so be it.

Stop it anyone who doesnt think this is a bad trade is dead wrong. It is a bad trade especially in a 14 team league, but gabe will see that. Im confident in that at least. However I dont think it should be veto'd. While it was bad I dont think there was collusion and that should be the only reason to veto a trade.

I don't understand the trade, but I don't veto trades unless its due to unfair collaboration.

As much as I hate Turner. I'd still want him over Lloyd. RBs carry much more weight.

yea but now your only rb is reggie bush. Spiller and Royster dont seem too dependable to me but if you think you can get away with Lloyd go for it. Just to give you an idea of how inconsistent the wide receiver position is go read Matthew Berry's Manifesto. It gives you some stats on the position in general and how much it typically scores.

I had lloyd as a top 15 WR with potential to be even better. I have Turner as a top 15 Rb with potential to completely suck. In a 3 wr league I value depth at WR. I know lloyd is in an offense with a lot if mouths to feed, but look at brandon lloyd's history with josh mcdaniels. Also look at the last time mcdaniels ws OC in NE...they had a deep threat named Randy Moss who went off. I understand if some of you disagree with my trade, but its not unreasonable by any means.
