Signature Help

I was wondering if anyone could help me with adding a picture in my signature, and another next to my username on my posts, sorry for the trouble but im not too good with computers.

I seem to have made my signature, but if anyone could tell me how to make it smaller I would greatly appreciate it. I do not know if it is the personal picture or avatar that is displayed next to my username on posts, but it wont let me upload either, thanks again.
