Just like I said to arnie, I think the BPL is the biggest problem because big clubs dont want to wait and develop their youth players anymore and why should they, Abramovich and the ManCity owner dont care what it costs they just wanna win

 

Thats the next thing, I remember reading months ago that English players dont want to play for their national team anymore, I mean really?? Whats wrong with that, I would love to represent my country, I really don't get that at all

norway looked good, couple decent young players. I pity the English haha just not producing enough talent. Be interesting how the likes of zaha, ince and shaw develop

Yeah, I [profanity deleted]ing hate the Norwegian national team right now, they have been [profanity deleted] for 20 years now. lol. So I'm hoping some of these youngsters can make the leap. Even though I don't see any stars in the making, just a couple that can be solid. I consider Zaha a huge project with a very high ceiling. Shaw will be very solid imo. Hoping United go for him to eventually replace Evra, and I'm not very high on Ince. But only time will tell.

lol. Netherlands vs Italy will be though, hard to call a winner there beforehand. Netherlands rested a lot of players against Spain so they would be 100% for the semis.

i too would love utd to sign shaw, ince I wouldn't want utd to sign, but he's one of the better young English players about.

Zaha is a lot like Ronaldo and nani when we signed them, skills, can beat players, runs at them, exciting, but lacks finished product.

I know this was last week now, but typical Scotland.

 

They completely suck against terrible teams like Macedonia & Wales, pick up the odd point here and there, then, when they're already out, go off to Croatia and beat a team ranked 4 in the FIFA Rankings.

 

While I don't think Croatia has anywhere near the talent to sniff the top 15 and that they're stupendously overrated, it's still annoying to be out then go beat one of the favorites AWAY.

 

Scotland were 10/1 to win that game. Ten to freakin' ONE.

 

Ohhh Flower of Scotland, when will we see your like again, that plays well when it [profanity deleted] matters.

It's likely between Brazil, Spain and Italy but I'd love to see Nigeria or Japan take it.

The u21 team of Spain is scary, they could win against some senior national teams. Isco, Thiago, Tello, Bartra, De Gea those are future all stars and they even have a guy named Muniain on the bench, that's crazy

For the confed cup I'd have to say Germany and Spain are the clear favorites. The Germans have such a strong team I think they are even better than Spain

I don't think so, they just don't have the depth and great playmaking ability of other countries IMO. Would be nice if they'd win it, though
