RVP to Man U... you think that makes them the favorites in the EPL this season?

Coming from a utd fad... no, city still the team to beat. If the rooney rvp partnership comes off we could be back to late 90s early 2000s style of play. And by that i mean going out and playign very attacking, quick passing football, destroying teams week in week out.

Should be fun to watch no matter what!

USA soccer lives - I'm calling it right now, World Cup 2014 champions! Seriously, though, Jurgen Klinsmann seems to be the right guy for the job. I love the youth movement on this USA team and how Klinsmann gives a bunch of guys chances to play.

Tough draw for Arsenal to start the season, but at least Man U are losing to Everton.

Fully deserved win for Everton too. They played great!

My team is Real Madrid. Coming off a great season, they have started this one rather poorly. With ties and losses with mediocre clubs. Should have one the first classico, Messi got a garbage goal. They still have a chance to save the season, but there is very little room for error.

not anymore though and not for long at city

He's still a good player; he simply hasn't got many opportunities (which is partly his fault). He still may end up getting sold next month but Mancini has said he'll get another chance.

Arsne rarely comes clean on potential moves and he certainly wouldn't when the club will be playing the player in question in a few days. I won't be surprised if Ba isn't but it's still a possibility.

sky sports just reported that Chelsea will get Ba for £7 mil, not bad taking into account they'll get £12 mil from Liverpool for Sturridge... maybe Lampard's coming to Anfield too... reuniting with Cole lol

I noticed that West Ham United is hosting Man U on Saturday. I'll try my best to watch it, as it may be on Fox Television here.

The rich get richer. It's disgusting.

Meanwhile, the only transfer news regarding Arsenal that seems to be gaining ground is good-for-nothing Chamakh going to West Ham.

Ronaldo is coming home shortly. Can't wAit to see that!

Real will win the tie and progress... Ronaldo's not coming back to play for Man Utd this lifetime... his contract is huge and the transfer fee more than even City or Chelsea would pay (PSG were told what it is and they don't want him anymore lol)

these hammers are getting some players... Cole's deal is official now (and we ended up paying for him to play there gesh)... there's also news you're letting the russian go (Lazio made an offer of £4 mil, well at least you'll get that money)

so happy AC Milan won... my fav team in Italy... and can't stand Barca

Glad Milan won too. Barca will be going all out in the second but I don't see Milan being conservative. Should be an amazing game.

Sounds to me like improvement at Boelyn Ground, Upton Park - home to the Hammers.

I look forward to the Premier League Standings today.
