What Ravens will/should nake the list? Flacco should but considering Tebow made the list who knows... Lol. Suggs, Ngata, Lewis, Reed, Rice, maybe even Webb (he deserves it). Thoughts?

apparently 7 made it, the wee ticker along the bottom of NFLN says so.

RR, Lewis, Reed, Suggs, Ngata, Leach, Yanda

I dont think Joe makes the cut this year, and webb gets snubbed because he isnt a big name guy. I think Yanda is well respected by his peers. Leach is the best full back in the game, and if kuhn made it, he should

Pretty much this. In a years time, another good season from Webb and he's got to be at least sniffing top 50.

How does Joe not make it this year? 13 QBs made it. Romo & Tebow.. that makes 11 more.. if Tebow made it.. Joe better be on the damn thing lol

Ray, Reed, Suggs, Ngata, Webb, Yanda, Rice, Leach, and Flacco are all candidates to make the list. I bolded the ones I think are locks.

Webb should make it, but he's not a big name, so he's not a lock.

Flacco had a down year.

Yanda better make it, or I'll go insane. Best guard in the NFL. But he's not a lock due to not yet being a big name. If Yanda isn't in it I will be surprised and kind of mad.

Why would he? No hype, low completion percentage, and wasn't special in yards or TDs

Do you realize he only completed 46% of his passes to WRs?

Flacco improving and just getting his timing right with receivers will greatly improve the offense

Doubt Yanda makes it. On the fan vote... he was never an option.. Joe was though.
Yanda wasn't an option? :th_shame: :34853_brickwall:
dont think he will, look at what romo done and he was in the 90s. Tebow got there purely on fan voting. i would say joe is top 100 but i dont think he will make it

Peyton still probably got votes (Edit wait is this based on last year or expected top 100 for the 2012/2013 season?)

Rodgers, Brady, Brees, Eli, Stafford, Big Ben are locks

That leaves 4 and you know Rivers, Vick, Newton, Dalton will all receive more votes

...Okay and Tebow completed 46% all together. He has put up consistent numbers for a young QB. Not spetecular but consistent. He also showed up for every big game and he was one drop away from the Superbowl.

Cam will because he broke rookie records. Dalton won't.

Tebow has the hype vote/name recognition and the Rush TDs

I'm saying who'd make it over Flacco

Dalton made the pro bowl right? I'm sure people voted right from that

He was an alternative and you are really using the probowl lol.

If Flacco doesn't make it will be because of Peyton and Vick.. I'm sure Vick will make it on his name but he was hurt and didn't throw impressive numbers either and the Eagles went 8-8.. I would say Rivers could be debatable too because of this season but his numbers every other year has been very high. If Flacco doesn't make it.. it won't be becuase of Dalton though.

I still can't believe Tebow made the list if this is purely a player vote. And I hope Joe is not on the list. That worked out quite well for Eli Manning last year.

Flacco has no shot. These lists are a joke though. Romo in the same class as Tebow? Kuhn making it at all? LOL.

The 7 Ravens will be Rice, Lewis, Leach, Reed, Ngata, Suggs, and Webb.

NFL players sometimes don't face a guy for multiple years. I'm sure very little thought goes into these lists and rankings such as who had pro bowl consideration was used as a crutch

Brady Brees Rodgers Eli Ben Stafford Rivers Ryan Newton Romo Tebow... & 2 more from: Vick, Flacco, Smith, Peyton.

Flacco was on the list last year... we'll see. Regardless the fact that Romo is 91 is ridiculous. The fact that Tebow made it is ridiculous. The fact the GB's full back made it is ridiculous. Eli didn't even make the list last year and already had a ring. It is what it is.

The list is fixed.. No way Tebow makes it on that list.
They put him in there to gain attention so now everyone will want to see the rest of the list...

Boring

Well Flaccos stats, as toned down as some of them were, were still much better than Tebows.

True but Tebow got the hype and media coverage/praise. Take it for what it is, doesn't change the type of players Flacco or Tebow are.

Thing is, when I did the voting on NFL.com, I came across a Flacco vs. Tebow matchup. I obviously picked Joe, and saw that Joe was winning the matchup 58 to 42.

Yeah, that's fan voting. Tebow has a huge fan following and some of that has to spill over to the players. Tebow, even though the far inferior QB, gets votes from his hype.
