Warner Or Schaub?
who would you start this week: kurt warner or matt schaub?
One of these weeks is when Warner fails or gets injured. While on the other hand Schaub is starting to put up big numbers. I'm going to pick Schaub over Warner for this week. Usually I'd go with Warner hands down. But I've always liked Schaub. Plus he gets Cincinnati at home. He's guaranteed for at least 1 TD.

But like always Warner could go off.

Exact same situation as me! I'm starting Schaub this week - he looked very good last week and Cincy's pass defense is not good. Certainly a better match-up on paper than Warner versus Carolina's D.

take schaub. cincy's pass defense is weak and AZ travels to carolina. west coast teams traveling to play 1:00 games don't usually do well. in fact....i don't think they've won all season.

actually cinci has the 6th ranked pass D. I didn't expect that either. But they've allowed a lot of TD's recently, so Matt will find the holes for a TD. Further, Warner faces Carolina's stingy #2 ranked pass defense. I think I'm going with schaub.

M. Schaub - 280 PaYd, 3 PaTD (6,7,39), -2 RuYd - 29 FFP
K. Warner - 381 PaYd, 2 PaTD (5,2), PaInt - 25 FFP

In my standard scoring league. It was close. But Schaub beat out Warner by 4 points. Finally I get one on the right side of the fence.
