Beer In Stadium - Cans Not Nfl-wide Policy

At the start of the season stadium vendors have been telling me that they switched from the 16 oz plastic bottles to the cans because of a new NFL-wide policy that started this year.

A friend with PSLs in a section on the other side of the stadium said he was told the same thing.

Then this week I go to Miami and I see the plastic bottles being sold everywhere!

Has anyone else been told this lie?
