Maybe A Typo?

Anyone notice that we Play on a Thursday night Football game against the Browns on Sept. 27th this yr.

I thought Thursday night football didn't start til November.

You can see it on the GAMEDAY, schedule section.


Side note - Why are we playing the Stealers 2 weeks apart in the middle to end of the season. I think we should play them in the beginning and then middle to end of the season. Gotta love it, when we are always playing the Stealers at Ketchup stadium at night in front of the nation. How bout letting them play us Here at the Bank at night. But i am glad we finally play the Pats at home FINALLY. So sick of playing them in their field just like we always play the Chargers at their field. But the same could be said about the Broncos always playing us at the bank.

Yes, it's on the nfl.com schedules thing - [url="http://www.nfl.com/schedules/2012/TNF"]LINK[/url]

They do it so every team plays on a Thursday night game so every team has to deal with the short week of prep - a way to even the playing field.

Edit - that link doesn't include the Thanksgiving games, which are also on Thursdays obviously.

Correct, they're giving it a shot all season long this year. Perk- I hate that we have them twice in 3 weeks with a trip to SD in the middle. It is what is though. And we did host them SNF 2 years ago at the bank. That's when we basically lost the division on Troy P's strip/sack.

Huh, now that everyone mentioned it, i think i remember hearing it on 105.7 that they were going to have TNF all season. Ok that makes sense now.

And to the other poster, yea your right, we did play the stealers in a night game at home. It just feels like we always get the short end of the stick alot of the times. IDK maybe im just be Bias because its my team.

All jOkes aside, I think it was kinda B.S that we only wore them once last yr. I remember complaining about it then that we only wore them twice the season before. They need to give us , the fans what we want. I hope we wear them every night game, that way, the color will be implanted into the non raven fans that watch SNF,MNF,TNF. Im getting Sick of Harbs. and his micro managing everything to make everyone happy outside of the TRUE RAVEN Fan base it seems like. I think he doesnt like the Black unis because we look Thuggish, which just makes me fume honestly. If anything , it would give us an edge because we look more Intimidating.


Oh and i cant remember who said it but the topic was on the new jerseys and someone said we should switch our Shiney black uniforms to just FLAT BLACK. Man that would look sooo freaking sick wouldnt it.


Or we can just wear the Hott Pink uniforms, can't go wrong with that.

Didnt we wear them in the last game played against the Cowboys in cowboys stadium in 2008 to 2009 season. I could have swore we wore all black.

Yea i was searching too, but i know we wore them after 2007, im 100% positive. Just cant remember. I remember because there was this stigma of us losing everytime we wore them under Billick and then we wore them and were 3 - 0 under harbs. Actually 4 - 0 now. Im pretty sure we wore them twice during the 2010 to 2011 season.
