Good attitude, some can't let it go and compound it by cussing out the mods which is frowned upon and makes it worse, We do not like warning people, handing out time outs or banning people--it actually sucks. Usually if it is done in the heat of the moment and said miscreant apologizes things are better on all sides. I don't think it is hard to live by rule #3
