Way too many games, not enough time. Played the first two, so I'll definitely get this one....eventually.

It was pretty popular on playstation 2 as well. At least it was in my group of friends. I'll be picking it up. Not too many other games coming out that i want this early anyway.

Just picked this game up on Saturday and haven't put it down since early Sunday morning.

The story is excellent. The visual flourishes (similar to the movie "Man on Fire") are excessive but you get used to them pretty quickly. The voice-acting is top-notch, as you'd expect from any Rockstar game these days. The facial engine seems to be cribbed from Rockstar's own LA Noire, yet the animations and acting are generally better than that of LA Noire.

The gameplay is addictive. Though many gunfights pit you against ludicrous odds, dying isn't so bad because the game isn't too unforgiving (at least on the default difficulty).

My biggest gripe is that you can't save whenever you please, but that adds to the addiction factor because you keep telling yourself you'll play until the game autosaves, only to find yourself drawn hypnotically in by the transitional cutscene.

This game is a must-play for fans of Rockstar's games and action junkies alike. This isn't an open-world title by any means, but everything is done so well, you just don't care.
