I used that Gravatar to upload a Avatar and it wont work. does anyone know why?

When i used a custom pic it says "fail to set new photo"

i got it to work. I used gravatar then clicked the adjust cropped photo extension and just moved cropped handles in and back out again, then changed my avatar to use custom photo, it then used the uncropped gravatar pic

No, it's actually a really creepy Spider Webb. The concept great, the outcome not so much.

EDIT: Ninja'd. But yeah, it's pretty bad.
