This is how the NFL works. If you're a defensive coordinator getting hired as a head coach, would you not want to try to sign a few players from a former team? Especially an organization like Baltimore? I never got all the hate on Rex and now Pags for taking our players, thats just how the NFL works... Many, many coaches do it. I get that people would like to keep the players but you have to look at it realistically.

The hate on Rex is way deeper for the Mouth that he seems to run all day. Put himself on a pedestal that he couldnt reach.

I can understand hating him for his mouth, but not for signing players [i]we let go [/i]and people calling him a scavenger. It's asinine.

But he does need to stop talking so much.

I just feel like we are losing alot more players then usual. I know we do every year but this year seems liek even the back ups are getting poached and taking our depth along with our starters.

We literally do not have any Safeties Now, isnt Nakamura gone too. Now we have to sign a FA or Draft a Safety when we could have been trying to get a Pass Rusher.

Finding safeties in one of the weakest safety draft classes I can remember in a long time - not good. Hopefully we find someone of value in a later round - I really feel like any safety we may draft in the first 2 rounds would be a reach.

Pretty sure Ed and Pollard are still under contract.

Finding safeties to back them up while also trying to sign pass rushers aren't process that can't happen simultaneously.

What i meant was, we have no back ups, and not just a 2nd or 3rd string back up. Well we will now but we were, i felt, very solid at the DBs position. Now not so much and now it looks like Suggs will be on his own again. Thats why im pretty p.o.ed about this whole sitch.

as much as I liked Zibby, keeping Webb/Williams is much more important than Zibby/Naka'. Safeties are easier to come by than corners. Next year's draft is loaded at safety (if underclassmen declare), so I don't see the need to reach for Barron this year if he's not the BPA.

I'll miss Zibby, my favorite Raven. From what I understand he didn't sign for a lot, really. I hope he comes back eventually.
