Exactly. All UFA contracts are valued and assigned a Comp pick. Then for each team, the players gained and lost are compared to determine what Comp pick(s) the team may get. If there's a net loss of comp picks, then the team get the appropriate number of comp picks, but after the similar comp picks (losses versus gains) cancel each other.

They usually don't announce comp picks until around the owners meetings at the end of the month. We won't know for sure until then - all we can do now is guess.

I don't think we will do much in FA. We need to do well in the draft. The good news is that the cap will increase next year. We will address a few areas of need in the draft and after training camp when players get released near the end of the exhibition games.
