2012 NFL Team Draft Hats Released

Okay, so I know this might be a little off topic from the free agency frenzy that has been going on for the past few days, but I came across this picture on twitter of the 2012 Ravens Draft hat and I was instantly Impressed. It is such a Relief that New Era has taken over the rights to design and distribute the team's hats. Reebok has been so boring and never produced a quality "fitted" style hat. Here is the released design.

My goodness it's ugly. If they would have just had the Teams's logo on it, the hat would have been perfect. No point in the name of the city going over the symbol, it doesn't look good.

yupp the raven would have been fine or even the team crest but the whole damn logo is blanked out by general text.

Nike didn't design that hat, because I don't see their logo on it. So, I would assume the jerseys & the hats are by different companies. I'm not a fan of the hat, though. It's kind of boring & plain. I don't mind the lettering so much as I do the lack of our logo on it. Perhaps it's a bad angle.

I believe every NFL team's hat who is made by New Era has the similar City name over the logo look.. It's a fresh look. There are other just Ravens logo hat's out there for those aren't fans of the New Era look.

Why do all of the new hats have to be flat brim? Can I please just be old school and roll my hat how I want to without making it look stupid because they are made to stay flat? These hats are horendous anyways. I liked the all white draft hats from a few years ago that had the raven head w/ yellow stitching in the black triangle showing that draft date or something like that.

The bill looks extra flat and you can barely see the Ravens logo.... it looks more like a "Baltimore" hat than Ravens.
