neither! can't risk a "freakish" and "unexpected" injury. there are way too many madden cover casualties!

You know the way we have a video game section on this forum, well if you had a quick peek in there you would have already seen this conversation is already going on..

I'd prefer Sizzle if there had to be one but I hope neither of them ends up on the cover. Just give it to Gronk. I'd be ok with that.

technically id like sizzle because im all about defense, but in reality....Neither. Not saying i believe in the curse, but id rather not take the chance. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Madden_NFL

Dang look at all this pathetic superstition. There is no such thing as a Madden curse, it's all psychological. Nobody's playing performance is affected by a picture of them on a video game cover.

+1 for Big Ben on the cover. He really deserves it.

Big Ben will find a way to get hurt this season without the Madden curse, just like he always does. There's no reason to vote for him.

I say Rice is easier to replace than Suggs, because without Suggs we have no pressure on the QB, so vote for Rice. We can find a runner who can give us something and shift to the passing game more if Rice goes down, but if your defense loses a component it's difficult to scheme around it because you have to mix it up on defense.

But in the end, vote for Tebow. He'll either end the Madden curse or he'll go down and save us all from hearing 24/7 Tebowmania coverage next season.

NONE of our players. I try not to think of myself as too superstitious, but look at the history of the thing: aside from Peyton Hillis, Garrison Hearst was never the same, Barry Sanders RETIRED after being on it, Culpepper wasn't the same, Faulk after being on it never rushed for 1000 yards again, Vick missed 11 games, Ray broke his wrist and then missed most of the NEXT season, McNabb hasn't been to the pro-bowl since he's been on the cover, Shaun Alexander - finished in the league, Vince Young (nothing to say here, too obvious), Favre and the torn biceps tendon, Troy P playing in only 5 games and the Steelers missing the playoffs, Fitzgerald missed most of the playoffs, Drew Brees losing to Seattle (okay maybe this one isn't so bad). Maybe there is no curse, but I'd rather not risk it.
